I think there's around 20,000 people living in the Piteå area (which I think includes some of the area around town), so yeah, it's quite small... the smallest place I've lived in so far. There's a lot of videos from this place because Luleå university has a Music/Media campus there, Musikhögskolan, (which I attended) which is reasonably popular.... with lots of great people too of course.
Hmph, not far off there. I'm actually at 65˚20" N and it was about a month ago that was taken, so it was still very much the middle of winter. Not too far off hitting spring now and I'm really noticing how much more sunlight there is around here.
Alas, I shall be back in the Australian winter by the time June rolls around. I have to leave Sweden at the end of March (can't get a visa to stay longer than 3 months) and start my travels through other European countries. That being said, I would love to come back to Sweden and the Norrbotten area during summer another year (when I have money again). It's been beautiful so far, I can imagine it'd be gorgeous when everything's green and has a sun that never sets.
Tack så mycket! Jag förstår lite svenska, man inte så bra. So I could pick out some words, but not all of them. Thanks for the comment (and translation) and I'll cya around.
