George W. Bush: 2/10. Highly underwhelming.

Bill Clinton: 7/10. Presided over 8 years of peace and prosperity.

Bush Sr: 4/10. Won 1st Gulf War, lost the election anyway - what a loser.

Reagan: 7/10. Competant and charismatic.

Truman: 1/10. Fired MacArthur. Today we have a nuclear North Korea. Worst prez of the 20th century.

FDR: 5/10. Highly overrated.

William Howard Taft: 10/10. An amazing president criminally overlooked by historians.

The true form is the way it is written in simple English its not complicated.

mcclansplash: "constitutional law" is how the Supreme Court- in fulfilling its constitutional role- has interpreted the Constitution over the past 230 years. (The Constitution was ratified in 1789.) Without that interpretation, we would all just argue over what it means, and it would mean nothing. So "constitutional law" actually IS the Constitution, and I for one am happy to have a president who actually understands it. If one doesn't know constitutional law, one doesn't know the constitution

Obama follows "constitutional law" which is not the Constitution at all. It is how fancy lawyers "interpret" the constitution to achieve ends that the document intended to prevent. What a sad day in America. It seems that to become a politician you have to reject the Constitution as a prerequisite.
