i discovered Tinashe about a year ago, and loved every single song he did....that was acoustic. I can not figure out for the life of me why they would strip all the talent off of him and auto-tune his voice. No heart, no soul, just another crap pop mix of a song. Give the man a guitar and a Mbira and let him sing his heart out, don't turn this type of talent into another pop-photocopy.

Maybe he had something to do with these productions and he's just trying it in a different way with the acoustic versions and the label thinks they are better.

This track has a very different feeling from the acoustic. I have to say I loved the really heartful, simplistic broken-down nature of the acoustic... There's more of an electro feel to this track, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Very catchy. Liking the So Shift Mix as well.
