I know this song is supposed to be about the singer's parents, (he mentions "you both"), but it makes me think of a friend. I've lost so much, fought through so much, but I'm always keeping an eye up, looking for happiness among the depressing scenery. I found this girl, and she's really saved my life, and you could say I saved her too. I'm afraid of losing her, but I know I'd live for the both of us if something happened. She's like a sister to me.

I always wonder if she feels the same.

@n4te12 I'm practicing my grammar Nazi-cising on the 'interwebs' 'CAUSE I'm aspiring to be a writing teacher in the upcoming future. And actually, I like the use of " 'cause " 'cause it's unique, short, and it's still grammatically correct. It shows that I know how to use punctuation and grammar.

And also, how is it only used in someone's speech in grammar when I just used it now? Did I just break the laws of all writing then?
