Actually, if you mean one of those long black stealth like planes, then yes, there is one of those there. Actually its called an a-12 and its in a big hanger where the public can get a look at it.

As far as i know, its like a "pre-model" of the sr71.

Yes the A-12 is the predecessor to the SR-71 Blackbird and the YF-12. Its inside the Aviation Pavilion. They also have a YF-17 which is one of the original F/A-18 Hornet Prototypes.
