@Kira11188 They add progressive resistance. so at the top the bar weighs more and at the bottom it weighs less. This forces you to use the bottom of the lift for maximum power in order to complete the lift.
Fantastic fucking work dude. I can't even imagine the amazing feeling of accomplishment after doing this. Good job man, I hope to someday be as strong as you.
I bet a lot of people will tell you it's more beneficial if you used less weight, did more reps and concentrated more on your form. I bet a lot of people will also tell you about the dangers of heavy squats and will tell you to superset legpress and hyperextensions to achieve the same result. I also bet a lot of people are small and weak...
No matter whether you're into powerlifting or not, but this is a huge accomplishment only very few will ever reach, hell, only very few even have the sheer will power and dedication to train for!
@eyesack9 yea i know and how they make the preperations is cool but its not a RAW squat if it was 825 RAW it'd be insane just keep in mind this dude weights over 300 for sure, there are people who did 820 at 200 bodyweight with suits ofcourse.
@muzimuzi keep in mind though. it is almost half a ton of weight on his shoulders. this dude would have to be superman to be able to do this without a belt or just have gotten out of bed and started squatting. im just glad he didnt get hurt.
But I'd like to add one thing, there are a lot of people who would call both of us obese simply because of what we weigh. These are people that think all men should be 65-70 KG and if they weigh more, they MUST spend all their time scarfing down deep fried grease. As far as what I can lift, most of my lifts right now are unimpressive, but I've been battling injuries for years. However, my most impressive feat is probably a workout where I carry a 90 KG stone all over my yard (hilly terrain).
You are Really a machine but only one thing,,, ur chain when they are on ground and you are low,, the weight dosnt count soo in the negative you might have 800 lbs (i dont know the weight of the chains) but when you are getting up its a real 825 lbs so you are the MAN , hope to see you without the chains ^^ Im sure your wayyyy higher than that now good job !
care for another cheese burger fatty? when you're that ugly, the only thing left for you is a career in picking stuff up... bet his wife is a stunner! haha
@bigwig13 Better than being a skinny little 98 lb runt who has no joy in life other than running his mouth on YouTube. I bet you couldn't even squat without anything on your back.
@MVillani1985 well thats a silly statement... i actually do have quite a good squat - 210kg... i'm not that big (fat) but i can still shift a little weight, i weigh about 82kg. i am a cross fit competetor, not the best but reasonable at it, some of the guys are insane... and dont look like cheese burgers! i box at light heavyweight and my job is a personal trainer... now, wasn't i the wrong guy to call a runt? lol are you fat too?
@bigwig13 Well, anybody can claim anything over the internet, but I'll assume you're telling the truth. However, I couldn't help but get the impression of insecurity, like you need to make yourself feel better than this guy. However, I should point out that many big guys look fat, but aren't. Some of those "fat" American football players are a lot more fit than most people, can run 40 meters in under 5 seconds. Now about me, I'm 105 KG but it's not fat, I do a lot of lifting and manual labor.
@bigwig13 Your first response was coherent and decently written, and now your second response is like something a child would write. Why? You and I both know why you'd be insecure when watching this video. If you weren't insecure, you wouldn't have said anything. I'd like to see you against an American football player in a fitness competition, not necessarily a beastly pass rushers, but maybe someone like running back Shonn Greene. Even if you win, you may change your mind about what's fat.
U know that shit was heavy than a bitch he broke more than a sweat after he finished that one rep! Before not alot of sweat after alot haha. thats impressive tho props goes to you man!
Nice job man. That video was awesome. Definately painted a picture for the intensity of the lift. Keep lifting heavy brother. Maybe one day, I'll join you in the 800 pound squat club (doubtful).
I really love your video. Your dedication is an inspiration to people that are working to being the best (like you). However, you really looked like a toad when you were pushing the 400kilos back up hah.
Whats the weight difference without the lift suit? Even with it you gotta be tough as fuck to use that kinda weight. Most lifters do use them to I guess break through their own best.
I don't consider my suit to be tight. I think I get more out of my knee wraps than I do my suit. My suit is old and stretched out. SHW lifters don't need a tight suit because of their body mass. I use my suit more for staying tight then for getting more pounds. Couldn't tell you how much I get out of this old suit which I still use today.
All the negative assholes that post insulting and meaningless shit have been blocked on this page and their comments have been removed permanently. Have a nice life you weak fags. -Fiss
@MarkFromJeeeerrsey As is the entire male population of New Jersey. Fat powerlifters are a joke, why? Because they have a better Shwartz formula than you? Use their extra weight and fascia to improve leverage and core stability whilst lifting? I'm sorry if fat dudes don't arouse you, but us heterosexuals don't powerlift in order to scope out dudes, we enjoy the challenges and sheer raw strength in the sport of powerlifting. You Jersey metros can go lift your colored dumbbells; we'll go heavy.
@MarkFromJeeeerrsey Bwahahaha, I just looked at your channel dude, rack deadlifts with 295, struggling with 5 reps of 210 for squat? What, did you sprain your vagina on those days? You have no room whatsoever to disrespect a person who squats over 3 times as much as you do. Maybe you Jersey boys should stick to your daily flings of hair gel, fist pumping, and miscellaneous douchebaggery, and leave lifting heavy objects to guys with fully functional testicles.
@RebelWrestler45 You're an iggnorant bitch. Everyone has room for improvement and everyone started off at some point. You should respect that I get my ass to the gym and lift weights to improve myself. Fat powerlifters are a joke of "athletes" who indulge themselves in fast food. There bodies look like shit, they're unhealthy and are fat people with no dedication. Not only that but you believe everyone from Jersey is a guido. You most likely live in the south or MW with the avg IQ of 60.
@MarkFromJeeeerrsey Fat powerlifters simply take in more calories than they consume; they have to in order to maintain such dense muscle mass. You have no room to insult powerlifters of any type, with such paltry numbers as yours; especially when they are stronger per pound of bodyweight than you are, with much more dedication. Powerlifting isn't about looks, Jersey is not a representative microcosm of the rest of society, not all dudes feel the need to look good in front of other dudes.
@RebelWrestler45 lol @ more calories. These fat powerlifters are nothing more than obese losers. These people will run into all types of health problems in the future and it costs our country tax $. Olympic lifters I respect, fat power lifers are the biggest joke in the lifting community.
@MarkFromJeeeerrsey All those heavyweight oly lifters are very fat, look at Reza, he's fat as hell; that doesn't mean he is unathletic or lacks dedication; he is an extremely athletic super strong human being that happens to have excess bodyfat; just like some top tier powerlifters. I realize that you might not be physically attracted to such men; maybe you'd rather have an entree of Taylor Lautner with a side order of Bieber, but powerlifting is not a gay spectator sport its a men's power sport
