@davidb693 I have no idea how to do that, I'm not really that involved in messing with TF2 files that much any more, but the animation files are located at 'tf/models/player/' in the 'team fortress 2 materials.gcf' located in 'Steam/steamapps/' folder, the files to look for are named *_animations.mdl, like heavy_animations.mdl.

After editing the file, put it in 'Steam/steamapps/*steam username*/team fortress 2/tf/models/player/'.
