  • I love this so much I keep coming back for another look!

  • in the second paragraph of your description, you are partly wrong. they round the dolphins up in this cove, by using boats with poles. they band on the poles to create a wall of sound that scares the dolphins into this partially hidden area. once the dolphins are there, they do not immediatly kill them, what they do is they sell some to commercial whaling industries, like sea world. people come, and they get first pick. once they are dont picking. they kill the rest and harvest their meat.

  • Very well done. Thank you for this video :)

  • It would appear that generally if any creature is endangered, near extinction or slaughtered inhumanely, the Japanese are usually behind it. For a culture that demonstrates such high levels of intellect in technology and business they have some very backward, bordering on moronic, beliefs about the things they eat. I watched The Cove recently and felt sick to my stomach.

  • ;( ...

  • As far as I understand, Japanese fishers kill dolphins to survive. Too many dolphins follow the fishing boats and eat fish before fishers can catch the fish. Therefore, the government permits the fishers to kill a minimum number of the dolphines to protect the fishers. I believe that killing dolphins is a hard task for the fishers. They do not enjoy it. It is cruel to push those fishers to give up their jobs.

  • wow, this video was put together so well, really gives reality a wake up call. This makes me truely ashamed of humans. Things must change now and i thank the people who are working hard to change it.

  • I couldn't watch this whole thing... once the water became red. These beings are pure love and joy and seeing this almost makes me ashamed to be a human. How I wish those fishermen were the ones swimming in the water. It's their karma... and I hope it stings like a tarpoon.

  • this isnt a race issue, it wouldnt matter if it was japanese or germans or french or australians killing the dolphins.

killing the dolphins is the most inhumane thing iv ever whitnessed!

    this needs to stop, URGENTLY!

  • PLZ STOP RACISM/DISCRIMINATION FOR PROFIT.

IT"S BEEN ALL OVER HISTORY. FROM JEWS KILLED TO JAPANESE LABELED CRUEL. FROM AFRICAN BEING ENSLAVED to MIDDLE EAST LABELED TERRORIST.

YOU BE THE JUDGE WHO IS CRUEL. STOP CRUEL PPL FROM USING DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM TO GAIN PROFIT.

  • @xoxo221x I completely agree with you. However I am not exactly sure how that applies to this video. Are you trying to say I am racist for being against what the fisherman of Taiji are doing to these dolphins and what they are doing to their own people by feeding them toxic dolphin meat? Or are you saying the dolphin fisherman of Taiji are racist for the harmful acts the are committing?

  • Wow, great job! I was thinking of working on a similar video using this exact song! Good call

  • @gymikk How can you say it is part of Japanese culture? Most Japanese people do not know this is going on. Many Japanese people do not agree with this and want it to stop. Was it Turkish culture to kill the Armenians? German culture to kill the Jews? You might say interfering is a form of imperialism but this qualifies as a form of GENOCIDE.

And if you don't care about the dolphins what about the children and people of japan being poisoned by the high mercury levels in dolphin meat.

  • @gymikk every culture needs to grow and evolve. It's about time Japan did too.

  • @gymikk learn2english, "easterner"

  • @gymikk you are a prick. that is not culture that is murder and fucking genocide. take your shit and leave.

  • I just watched The Cove at school.

It makes me so angry, that i want to scream and yell and wreck things.

Dolphins are wonders and they exist to swim beside us, as free creatures. They've done nothing to deserve what Taiji does to them.

It makes things worse with them being so intelligent. Once they've been towed into the cove, they already know their fate.

I hope things change. I really do.

  • @Fetlock08 You are a kind person. But Taiji fishers is doing this to save their jobs not for fun. Dolphins eat too much fish and it risks fishery of that area. If there is any other way to remove those dolphins from that area instead of killing them, it will be wonderful for dolphins and fishers.

  • @TheAugustYellow they are not doing this to save their jobs. watch the movie "the cove" and do a little research k? because they are doing this so they can get more money, thats all its about in japan, is the money, they dont care what they have to do, or who/what they have to hurt.
