But I do think he was murdered and I think that most of the evidence points to foul play. I do think Courtney also acted extremely suspiciously during Kurt's "disappearance". What I can say with certainty is that there is enough evidence to reopen the case and re investigate, but the Seattle Police Department aren't any good at actual police work.

That's why it's important to focus on the facts. The one thing people forget is that if Kurt killed himself then he had to have done it per the official conclusion.
