Guys? 1:03 is not KAITO. I believe that the PV maker wanted to create some sort of an otome game feeling, so I think that the person there is supposed to be "us" aka the listener. The hair and eyes are black/gray because it fits the majority of people ^^U plus, the frames before that is a point-of-view, and I think if it were KAITO, s/he'll just show it as KAITO instead of a POV.
