Hem man, thats a great tutorial. But I have a question about the video itself, what program do you record, edit and render with? And what are your rendering settings?

This is what I use for these videos:

Camtasio 6.0 for screen capture

Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 for video editing

Adobe Audition 3 for voice recording

When I export the video, I export using a Quicktime setting. So that it is Youtube HD ready

mine doesnt run properly, it says the perl path is wrong,, were should the perl path be?

Hmm.. I wouldn't know about that. Usually hte program should install without any problems. Are you using windows or mac?

windows vista, i tryd re-installing perl but it said "error, -remove path failed, please set path manualy" well somthing along those lines anyway
