  • Thank you so much for posting these...I'm working on a mini Dramaturgy for this production so these ara a HUGE help! I simply can't thank you enough!

  • That sharp instrument = a glockenspiel (a collection of small, therefore high-pitched, metallic bars, arrayed like a xylophone). The *aulos* effect was made by 3 (copy) baroque clarinets, often played in unison by 3 20th century clarinetists.

  • what is that sharp instrument! is it just a high note on the aulos? \: love the percussion...
