@silowhore Golf Instruction is 100 years old and has a long way to go; BTW, Moe Norman 's head came up and went down and back up; and I have a great poster of Jack doing it too! Video has put this game into the stone age, not improved it. Shawn

Thanks again @clemshaw for all your free videos (also have the DVD!), it really helped me understand many things.

For the centrifucal pump, I found my own way to explain it and feel it could maybe help others.

In the downswing, imagine yourself with both feet on a big weight scale. Let's you weight 200, it shows 200. Now, think about pumping those numbers at 400 for a splits second, with both feet.

You're body will know when to do it if you keep your focus to the target at the same time.
