Hi. Sally Terri sang this song on the album Duets with Spanish Guitar, which had Laurindo Almeida on guitar. It's on EMI Records. The composer Villa-Lobos declared that this version was the best he'd heard of his song. When I heard the song and Salli's voice I was awed by her singing.

Joel, I agree. I literally wore out two LPs I was so capitivated by Sally Terri's voice and Almeida's guitar.  I would just love to have a really first rate digital version.

mjhampstead. Me too. I have it on CD. Years ago, I heard it on a college radio station and called them and they told me about the song. Went out and bought it and it's one of my all time favorite songs, so much so that I had it played at my wedding.
