  • Virtual box works great, I currently have Backtrack 4, Ubuntu, Windows Xp Pro, Windows Vista, And Windows 7 all running on my system! It works great for penetration testing and just trying to ruin a OS!

  • What version of VirtualBox do you have? Mine doesnt have CD/DVD-ROM in Settings.
