fat = unhealthy, ask any doctors they aren't lying to you on purpose. They have your best interests in mind. They're not telling you to lose weight to be mean or to belittle you. They are doing their job that consists of keeping people healthy. You can be fit and happy you just have to learn how to control your eating habits. Or you can keep eating and reach an early end. It's always up to the individual. :D

I work with doctors and yes, a lot of them do mean to belittle people (you should hear what many say about patients behind their backs). As for "ask any doctors" lol that's funny. Doctors used to recommend winston cigarettes and partially hydrogenated vegetable fat. What is the next "good for you" thing that is gonna turn out to be bad for you?

I think what ur promoting is a great idea. I am an ex athlete and after gaining about 25 lbs when working at McD, I am still a healthy weight but the bigger issue is getting at the heart of why I just allowed myself to gain that much. So many people think its about just being thin but its about being healthy to live and knowing what makes you tick. Keep up the good work and I adore your dog.

It can kind of encourage obesity.

When you say NO Obesity or such, people think you are talking bad about the person...but it's for health reasons too.

So...as much as I enjoy a plus size woman, I wouldn't encourage obesity for health reasons.
