I have been playing Megaman X4 in late 1999, or early 2000. Long time ago when there is no other to beat this game for a long time. Now I beat this game. Gotta play X5, X6. Some of those games like this are very hard one of some like today, sighh.. But I find those items. Thank.

@captainz33 One of it is when u charge weapon u can fire 4 larger ones rapidly. Other one is when u charge weapon u can fire one very large blast.

The last Tank he got at the end ISNT the Weapon tanke That is The X tank it give you an extra two Lives, The Weapon tank is later in the ice Stage The Part where you have to break ice blocks

it actually took me 5 minutes to figure out how to get the Arm Parts XD but it took me almost half an hour to figure out how to get past the rocks in Magma Dragoon (area 2) to get the Armor piece...i actually beat the game once without getting the armor upgrade XD the first arm capsule really doesn't work too well XD it charges four buster shots and you can shoot them at your leisure but you hafta charge it over again...i much prefer the plasma shot (Ultimate armor charged shot XD)

You will have to charge long, but you have charged shot limited.

Actually you got an alternative for arm upgrade. The first one is an stock-up type, you store about four normal energy blasts for using whenever you see fit, the second one is the plasma blaster that gives an powerfull charging shoot. Hope it helps

In the first hands capsule you get the rechargeable arms, which allows you to charge like four shoots with full power, but the second makes the x buster more powerfull, so I think is quite better than the first

I've had this game since it released, played it through over 100 times, I can tell you, 100%, that you can always go back and change to the other buster cannon.. neither disappear... EVER..

@ferretish You get to shoot up to 4 mini-charged shots instead of the bigger one of the second capsule. You can test one out then go to the other one. You may also test it out, and go back to the firsst if you want, but you can't keep both at the same time. The 2nd is the better in my opinion, but you can find videos on YouTube showing both.

@ferretish first capsule enables X to charge up to four charged shots at once, and then fire them one after another. Note that the shots are not fired when you release the fire button; that just makes you stop charging. You must tap the fire button again to start firing them.

second capsule gives X a bigger, much more powerful fully-charged shot that leaves behind a plasma ball on impact, which does further damage to any enemy.

both enables X to charge special weapons.

Yep, you learn from Split mushroom a double jump so you al you need to do is an timed double jump and you reach this item.
