yes. Manuella lives her life happyli ever after, dating Leon.

And when she figures out that Leon risked his life saving presidents daughter, she will feel the nonhuman soul in her, and once she figures out that Leon loves Ada more, you dont want to be close to her. Damn you Leon for ruin her life in the future.

personally, i don't think this is the best ending because i kinda feel for what manuela has been through she wants to be at peace, and she wants no other one to die.. she lives in this ending, but for what cost? lifetime surveillance by the government, and if any moment she "snaps" she'd be destroyed, along with other people who she might destroy also? this is just my opinion though.

@eatate4 Well, if they do that (by that I mean make a shirtless Leon), then Capcom would have to make a semi-topless Jill Valentine (with S.T.A.R.S stickers covering her nipples) just to even it out. Although, to be fair, Capcom did over-sexualize Jill in RE5... she's practically wearing Samus's Zero suit (with a darker color suit and showing more cleavage) =3 XP.

@Aldotiti In the special episode with Krauser it re-tells the last bit but you can hear hi thoughts, he starts to understan the antagonists's reasoning and thinks the power of the viruses can help the world an humans become stronger, but Leon's trying to destroy it all and Kruser doesn't want that to happen,then it goes to RE4.

@Aldotiti well just play Operation Javier chapters 6 and seven,which r the same as chapers 4 and five, but it's through Krauser's point of view. he starts to understand the antagonists's reasoning and thinks the power of the viruses can help him become stronger, because tht spike in his arm threw him out of the army because it was too bad of an injury. He eventually finds Wesker, and then RE 4 happens

Ok to everyone: About "the girls living inside you" it mean the organs of the girls...it were transplanted to Manuela...about this alternate ending, i think it's the real ending, if ya "catch" the glare of Krauser ;)...about this game was awsome, it were, coz finally, they showed finally what become of Streve(that's how Manuela got infected) and too, the Leon & Claire version about RE2...that i wanted 8D!...and last: what about the secret chapter? someone can tell me something about it? i dont think ur right on that, i think its because javier used the girls organs to keep the virus at bay IN Manuelas body, so he literally means the girls in manuela. atleast thats what i remember hearing javier say to leon and krasuer before unleashing that monster on them.

um... when they say that there girls living inside you, its because in the begining of the game we saw all those missing girls....those girls were test subjects for the virus...they all died...she was the last test subject and she either died for those girls or lived for those girls, hence the alternate endings....
