I chew gum all the time. It does help because a lot of the time I'm not hungry. You can never go wrong with fruits and veggies at all. My favorite apple is the Gala. The Fiber One yogurt is really good. I like the Key Lime and Vanilla flavors. The cereal is good as well. Yes, the regular Fiber One twigs will make you go ( really when you first to start eating it, for some). The twigs are very tasty to me by themselves also. You're on your way. Goodluck!!

I then began to write down my calorie count and that when things got really dirty. By writing down what you eat, you're being honest with yourself about what you're putting in your body.

My doctor put me on Caltrate, Flax Oil Seed or Fish Oil, and Women's One A Day..all those are great vitamins and I take the Caltrate, and Fish Oil three times a day and I really see an improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. Plus the One A Day give me tons of energy
Eating Quaker Brown Rice Rice cakes with a serving of penut butter and a few raisens is sooooo GOOD! and i'm not even on a diet change lol but it's good to have just for a snack also
also a good thing that was in my newspaper this morning was if you have a ipod touch or iphone they have a calorie tracker so you set it to a number and enter your foods till you hit your caloric need.

Counting calories has definitely been what's boosted my weight loss. I started counting calories before exercising heavy and I lost 15lbs in a month and a half!

Yeah Rice milk isn't bad either. I just don't like that it's so watery. Almond milk is another good option too, it's a little sweeter.

i eat oatmeal every morning, if you want to get more fiber in your oatmeal you can add some flaxseed..but i buy plain oatmeal with no sugar added..
