Having sex is her choice, taking the pill is her choice, keeping or killing the fetus is her choice. To have absolute power - in this case over life itself; to execute her own at will or even whim - and still demand equal responsibility from what has, at that point, been reduced to the function of livestock, is monstrous; something you would expect from an insane aristocracy.
"What is aristocracy?", some may ask. The answer; a sheltered and privileged elite class.
Bill O'Reilly seems to be adopting woman lala land logic.
It requires a man and a woman to get pregnant. Therefore, the responsibility is equal for the man and the woman.
It requires an ice cream salesman and a diabetic to get the diabetic to die from having his blood over-flooded with sugar due to his inability to produce the necessary insulin. Therefore, the ice cream salesman has just as much responsibility to look after the diabetic's health as the diabetic.
Marc Rudov is 100% correct. The women have to do paternity fraud consistently. They fuck some bad boy and then try to pin the payments on the "nice guy". Any guy with money and is a "good guy" will potentially get fucked by this. Its pathetic.
Feminism is an old, last century term that does not stand for equality. "HUMANISM" is the new present century term that means equality for all. The term humanism is neutral to men, women, to all races etc. Welcome to the next step in our evolution. Please us the word humanism or humanist for equality for all.
@HookemHorns972 She is a twit. I hate when they get this type of women for these debates, because it just makes the rest of us look dumb. Obviously there is alot of women who do this type of thing now (I know one that did) but that doesnt change the fact that the man should have to pay child support, because it is not the kids fault & it takes two people to have sex. If I was the guy, I'd probably want a paternity test done first though.
this is the one and only thing i like about bill oreilly, he wont take sides based on his gender and will question the woman when she makes ridiculous claims where as mangina hosts and female hosts will side with her to make marc rudov look ridiculous.
It's the woman's decision ("choice") to abort the pregnancy or not. The man has no power in that decision and therefore should not be held to an equal level of responsibility. Seems pretty simple to me. When will women quit playing the victim? When we no longer allow them to.
Wow i actually respect O' Reilly for the first time he spoke the truth. "I haven't read your book b/c i need to keep my woman audience intact." If only the rest of the hosts would admit the same thing. Men are afraid of seeming misogynistic; Women have NO fear of saying Misandrious things
Google: Martha Laura Granados Immigration Prostitute
The VAWA Immigration Loop-hole:
If you are a woman, pretend to be in love with a US citizen or a Legal Resident, get him to marry you. As soon as you got the marriage certificate dial 211 and falsely accuse him of Domestic Violence and Rape and move to a VAWA shelter.
You will be on a fast-track for a Green-Card and US citizenship - all expenses paid for by the US tax payer and as a bonus you will be getting full social benefits.
Oh yea a woman can walk away with no consequences even AFTER the child is born and a man is trapped and forced to give income for 18 years. Bullshit. As for all you "men" who'll get on here and tell me "how to be a man" and a real man save it. There's no pussy you'll get here tossing chivalry around. I know do many are so blind because of misandry and feminist agenda on the media that you may never see the truth. How about this: your son has casual sex with a "friend" or stranger. She gets preg
Why is Bill right? Why is it all the mans fault? Sure he could use a condom... The bitch could've used contraceptive as well. A man should be able to decode he doesnt want to be a father. Her body her choice? His wallet his choice. Instead we hear "man" up! Be a "man". I would make the same choice as David bit because of how I actually feel not because society tells me to "man" up and that it's my fault. It's disgusting. We absolve women from all accountability in this "patriarchy". Btw how muc
NO ONE brought up the possibility of the baby's father getting full custody from birth and the gold-digging baby mama being handed a monthly child support bill.
If i open up a bottle of laundrey detergent in a store and pur it onto the floor, walk over it and slip, do i deserve money for it? better yet., its TWO people, im sure the debate will be. so how bout this, if me and my friend go rob a bank, we split the cash, and break an equal amount of valuables in cost, how is it fare that i get an 18 year sentence and he (she in this case,) gets a new house and car?
True that there is no reason to have a child just because the man involved can support it. At the end of the day it's the women who has the last say in if she want's the man to suffer financially because of the situation that was mutual yet the man has no say nor will for most have no knowledge of the child till conception and Lisa Pinto's logic had no sense backing it. You could even see the host not taking in the nonsense like the US needs more children in negative positions like that.
This stupid bitch didn't make a single point. Women should be having babies that they can't support ? Really bitch ? It's pointless to talk to women unless you want to fuck them.
And how is it the man's fault for being targeted. True, he should have protected himself, but is a woman who's passed out drunk in a house full of men at fault for being raped ? After all, what the hell is she doing passed out in a house full of horny men ? She should have known better
So telling the truth about women targeting rich men in an attempt to get pregnant, and collect child support, is misogynistic ? Really bitch ? Who'd she suck off to get her job ? Because for a lawyer she's sure bad at arguing.
I love the way he tell the truth... "i didn't read your book Marc because i need to keep my female audience, i will maybe read it when i retire" .... lol, women... the fair sex... Really ?
Condoms break, they slip, and lets not forget that some women actually take the semen out of the used condom and try to impregnate themselves with it. Guys, remember to put a few drops of tabasco or habenero sauce in the condom after you're done with it.
"More women should be having babies because the population is going down" lol that's her argument? are you kidding me? So we should encourage MORE irresponsible morally bankrupt people to have kids?
I don't know why they let women on TV. They just sit there and look pretty, they can't hold a conversation because there isn't anything there. You saw when he scolded her, she got upset because she knew in her mind she wanted to rape any guy she pleases. Women are dangerous, not because they can rape us legally, but because they have no concious when they do it. As Estar Villar said, mens problem with women stem from the fact that they can't believe how stupid she really really is.
3:13. Isn't there a small little pill you ladies can buy in a rectangular box? I'm so tired of this society. It's all still your responsibility, gentlemen. Women can do no wrong. No it's not necessary for a woman to take precautions against getting knocked up, it's all her choice. Equality my ass.
How stupid. 5:40. Ohhh, ok, here's the equal responsibility. Well if they both had an equal amount of responsibility, why is it still the man's responsibility to support the child? Archaic bullshit.
Women have a wide array of tools she could use to prevent pregnancy from fruit flavored chewables to patches, to pills, to a full out Historectomy and should they have one of those "oops I forgot to take my pill moments, they have a "day after" pill...while men have one and it's the LEAST effective of them all
@Gendo3s2k You forgot to add that most women complain about condoms, so not only are they the least effective, most women don't even want you to use them.
@Gendo3s2k Actually, male condoms are by far the most effective. Not to mention, the majority of contraceptives available to women have harmful side effects because they involve hormones or they're not nearly as effective as male condoms.
Will I ever, in my lifetime, EVER see a debate with a feminist where she doesn't roll her eyes, laugh sarcastingly, or use shaming and ad hominem attacks?
@luvkrafft No, you won't. They're clearly in the wrong, and they know they are, that's why they revert to childish tactics such as the ones you described.
i dont know what dimension o reilly is on that hes 'not buying it'. if he (or anyone) can show me how men have a choice ill stop talking. lets c men bot have sex condom women not have sex condom birth control morning after pill abortion ah, yeah. if the man doesnt want the kid ans the woman does, hes forced to take care of it. if he does want the kid and she doesnt, she isnt forced to take care of it or even have it. so how is it 50/50 again
Rudov should have mentioned that women controlled every part of the pregnancy, and can opt out of their responsibilities at any time. They have complete reproductive rights, while men have zero. Even when the man is drugged and raped by the woman, laws are in place that states a man is always responsible for his sperm. Look up the young teenage boy who was "seduced" (because it's mean to call female pedophiles predators) by an older woman, and now has to pay child support.
@TheNoNonsenseMan Yes, but the idiot host talked over you and stopped you elaborating instead giving the final say to the bitch who said both people were responsible when it is only the woman who has control over whether she has the baby or not. You weren't given equal time by the host or the woman. "not buying that, not buying that at all" - O'Reilly is a tool
@NerfDeathcoil I heard about that story. This woman committed statutory rape against this 14 year old (at the time) boy, and he has to pay her child support. I also just think that O'Reilly didn't want to seem like he was advocating abortion, but that is an option to women. If she chooses to keep the baby, that's not the man's fault.
@psx2514 What does statutory rape have with this debate? It is the man's responablity's for getting her pregnant. Abortion has become the solution for men."Oh Your pregnant have an abortion." Abortion does not change the fact that : A man's sperm must join with a womans egg to create an embryo. Abortion is not a solution it is a symptom of unwillingness to handle Ugly issues of society. Abortion enables others to hide incest/ rape it protects the abuser and further harms the girls & women.
@NerfDeathcoil Men have complete rights over their bodies. If you want a better solution for not having an opps baby is a Vesextomy! Your comment indicates. Your comment implies that You should have a "right" over a woman's body. Then you compare women to pedophiles. You don't mention men who won't wear a condom and place all responsablity on Women for birth control, when no women get pregnant alone.
@crh2010 Sadly an abortion is an act of Contol over one's body. Which has nothing to do with men who want sex without taking responsablity for a potential child. It is a discount from cause and effect.
@NerfDeathcoil Men have rights over their bodies. Men have the right to decide to have sex or abstinence. I have never seen one news report of a drugged man being raped. Every single case of date rape you describe happens only to women. Read the real statics crime firgures; Drugged + Raped =Women. Drugged +Robbed = Men both of these crimes are generally commited by Men. You are intentionally misrepresenting the reality of sex crimes. That is perverse.
I also bet that if women were forced to take on full financial responsibility for any children they sire against the wishes of the man. The rate will drop dramatically, cause when you add their income into the equation its an entirely different game.
Which will in turn cause women to only have kids when the man wants to.
Its kinda like living with a roommate in an apartment. Your roommate brings in a pet against your wishes cause they wanted one, and making you pay for its upkeep.
Considering the fact that it is only men that coughs up for kids, and gets hit the hardest from the birth of a child, especially when he was not expecting it, wanted it, or was ready for it, financially speaking. Men should have the power to have kids when they want, not women.
Until women take more responsibility in the financial department then the power should be in the hands of men.
Thats why women are not hesitant to have kids, they are not the ones paying.
I guarantee you when a male pill finally comes out, rates of babies born out of wedlock will plummet to an all time low, possibly the lowest in history.
Lots of women are against the pill because, it gives men power to have kids when he wants and not when she wants. Most women do not care if the man is ready or not for a baby, she is not the one paying for it.
The male pill will ensure a man will only have a baby when HE is ready.
Women should face full responsibility for children that were born without the consent of the father. If they taken the pill like they should have, a pregnancy would have never occurred. Most of those "whoops" pregnancies were actually intentional and against the wishes against the man.
Shame Marc did not mention that, it would have silenced both of those idiots.
There is 1 million births a year in America that occurred from pregnancies against the father's consent.
Marc you're 1000% right about what you are saying in this video. Also, this lady attorney is the type of woman that people should avoid dating and marrying bottom line ! You can tell by her statements what type of a person she really is.
Lisa Pinto is so amusing and full of misandry. But it's ok because she's a woman so she can say whatever she likes. the fact is she doesn't even want to acknowledge there may possibly exist women who would consider using sex and a child to generate a significant annuity... because in her view, women are beings of pure virtue and are infallible in all pursuits of life.
@OniNoFro Unfortunately her views are getting common in the western world, according to people like her, men are beasts of lust that corrupt women and make them fail in life, that is why we should pay (literally) for their bad choices whether or not we cause them. Sounds perfectly logic (yeah right!).
Its basically like finding a purse stuffed with thousands of dollars, only a blind person would not pick it up, and they reason they would not pick it up is because they cannot see it.
With child support its the same thing, except the law holds the man still so women can reach in his pocket and take money out with ease.
What simply should be done is not give women free money from the result of childbirth If they conducted a test on this and stopped making men give money for a short time there would be a lot less babies born out of wedlock. A lot less women will spread their legs cause they know there is no longer a package deal, no checks come along with the baby
You give any human being this kind of power to get easy money only a saint would not take advantage of it get real people, women can be as bad as men
Exactly. Men have nowhere near the options available to women. Ours begin and end pre-coitus. And since we as men carry a disproportionate amount of responsibility (compared to our actual control/influence) it's simply in our best interest to, by default, not expect our goals to be consistently compatible with women.
The cold hard truth is "Your body, your choice, my 'responsibility' and certainly my wallet". Hence vasectomy & condoms until MBCs are developed. And even then.
What? Where? Who developed it? Because off the top of my head I know at least 200 men that would instantly sign on for MBCs if they were available to the consumer market. Last time anything was mentioned involved TESTING for a potential MBC coming out of Israel that held significant promise. It was testing at approx 98% efficacy on a quarterly dosage basis.
So please do share if you know about something like this. My friends and I would appreciated having similar controls.
@OniNoFro I watched a news article this month where they interviewed men about MBC and all these gentlemen stated they would never take it! SO I think it is obvious THOSE men wanted to SCORE knock some one up and walk out the door. Men such as yourself are the rare minority. Most of the men I posted with want sex with no strings, no condoms then scream if the baby is brought to term. Yep Isreal and it starting this year search yahoo times for the article.
Wow that's really shocking given the number of men I know and hundreds of men I've chatted with online who can't wait for the day when MBCs for men expand to include personal and reliable reproductive controls. I have seen interviews where men are like "naw I don't have to do that" but I think the journalists are filtering the results of such interviews/discussions to make men look stupid.
And even with MBCs I'd still get tested regularly AND use condoms as it doesn't stop STD/Is
@OniNoFro You have control over your body and what you do with it. They just developed a MBC men won't use it. Look it up . In Israle look up the New york times it will begin trails soon in humans. There you go!!!
Yeah if we're talking about the same development, it targets the protein encasing and preventing the ability to pierce the egg. Which (academic... not public opinion polls) studies have you been reading where men aren't interested or are unwilling to take it? Or are you taking about women's opinion of men's desire/ability to consistently take them (very different concepts as one is perception-opinion based and the other is on hard evidence gathered and analyzed).
@OniNoFro Well when it comes to sex I trust the everyday experiance, I see in life. Evidence is useful but I don't believeevery study I read. I have posted on this vid on and off for a while the majority of men want sex with women as some kind of divine right. It is truly macabe the attitude here.
Women are seen as things not people condemned for our fertility as if that is a problem. BC control has given rise to this idea that women are sex toys not people.
I trust experience/observation but I supplement it with credible studies & research to fill gaps when possible.
Under the assumption men & women ARE having sex it would be reasonable for both sexes to have some comparable reproductive (control). For women, there are about 12; men 3 off the top of my head. It takes "two to tango" but the options/control and therefore decision making power tied to reproduction is disproportionate. MBCs would help address such a deficiency.
@OniNoFro If you don't want the Possiablity of Children Abstaince is your only fool-proof method. This is your Agenda sex with no accountablity no one has that. Not the woman who has an abortion or adopts out a baby if she doesn't want one she still must deal with the consquences of sex, not the man who got her preganant who may or may not have wanted a child. Actions have consquences if you are not adult enough to deal with sex, then ABSTAIN. WE have control over sex drive!
It's interesting. You're making the same argument that was originally used against FBC. Mine is: if men had comparable options available to women w/o overriding Roe v Wade (et al) then I'd agree with you. However, the facts are men simply don't have even close to the number of options relating to their sexuality as women do on social, legal, medical, or economic levels. Currently men carry disproportionate responsibility for fewer options; a simple rational & factual truth.
@OniNoFro No that is not true, Men are being held accountable for thier semen. I am a firm believer in get some one pregnant support that baby. No child should go with out because a man doesn't want to pay for his child. All this grasping for facts well that logic driven denial to aviod a moral truth.
I think it is very fair to society and children that this remain this way. I see no reason men should be able to use women this way. Acccountablity is part of freedom.
Interesting. You advocate women having 12+ choices covering from coitus to after birth but you think the idea of men having similar options as being immoral. Women occupy a privileged position when it comes to reproductive rights & power over themselves (fair) & others (unjust). This includes, as the original video topic, committing paternity fraud. You are accepting of even criminal acts by women over men even having a similar right to choose when they become parents? Wow.
@OniNoFro No I advocate personal responsablity for our actions. What I am really against is Adults having sex then when a child is concieved, fighting over whose fault it is. Sex is an Adult activity which is not taken seriously enough. Women control only our own bodies .
I too advocate responsibility and I acknowledge the power of choice especially when comparing two or more demographics where one group has many more choices proactively, retroactively and reactivley on a timeline compared to those with very few.
All power is derived from the opportunity/choice to act & effect an event (or people) along any point in a timeline. Those with the least amount of choice compared to others with more cannot be held to a similar standard.
To be clear, I agree if men and women have sex with the consensual goal of creating life, then they should be accountable. But more often men and women of various ages and economic backgrounds pursue sex for pleasure. The difference being women have the choice/s of when it shifts from recreation to procreation and they don't even have to inform the man. Men have no similar way of opting in or out; quite disproportionate.
I look forward to the advent of male birth control pills.
@97karenlacey you know that this was already used in the roe vs wade case and it was determined that even tho women were consenting to sex they did not have to bear the responsibility to carry the child so unless you want to outlaw legal abortion your abstain arguement falls short (cont)
@97karenlacey (cont)" When women are compelled to carry and bear children, they are subjected to 'involuntary servitude' in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment….[E]ven if the woman has stipulated to have consented to the risk of pregnancy, that does not permit the state to force her to remain pregnant" quote from roe vs wade case to make abortion legal.
Also I find something odd. You say you trust your everyday experience but earlier refer to tv-journalist interviews and how it forms your opinion of men; essentially informal surveys (fyi) from an editorial stance. I'll let that slide and assume you mean something else.
On maternity fraud - specifically -, action should be taken. More reproductive options for men are one course. Another is laws holding proven fraudulent people (only women: maternity) accountable if caught.
@OniNoFro My opinions are formed by my life, News simply keeps me informed. I am a mom I know who my child's father is and have a child support order. This is my bias I am a Parent first I can't stand Adults that let children down. I personally believe that if you are a parent you parent and provide for your child the best way you can. Shelter enough clothes, food money for bills.
My opinions are built on my life, information from primary/secondary credible sources, & a keen bias towards consistency. My bias is based *CAUSALLY* on the idea those with the least choices being held to a standard higher than those with the most choices is unjust & laughable.
This isn't incompatible with the idea of parenthood. It's a discussion which can't even occur until men have similar power to women. At that point both would be informed & empowerment therefore culpable.
@OniNoFro Tellling a cop we didn't know the speed limit will not get us out of a ticket. The same apllies to famliy law. Knowing how the law apllies to you and acting accordingly is our best protection. We are not going to see eye to eye on this issue. Which is fine life would be very boring if I talked with only with people who agree with me. I learned a lot from your thoughts nice posting to you see you around y-tube.
Agreed. It has been a decent conversation and we aren't going to agree mostly because I think we are miscommunicating. You mention ignorance of the law where I say the laws themselves are antiquated (also demonstrably biased to siding with the woman) thus requiring revision while science creates potential opportunities for parity of choice/power & responsibility.
But again we must return to the topic. The video post is on the issue of maternity fraud committed by women (exclusively) at numbers approximating 30%.
I'm sure we can agree on the issue of maternity FRAUD those GUILTY of it (LYING to the gov't, community, and 'father'-victim), as adults, should be held ACCOUNTABLE. Unless... it's ok when women are irresponsible... That Karen is the issue at hand.
It's also worth considering how the 1n4 is used against men but 1n3 is ok.
I agree objectification is a problem sometimes seen by women but men are often seen as things.
Proof? Often one of the first questions asked is "what does he do for a living". His value determined by production. Often in articles/reports male victims or casualties are noted by a label (miner, cop... etc) & not as men versus often how women are clearly identified as women & victims/casualties. We are expected to 'man up' & women aren't. In many ways men are viewed as machines.
The female commentator is unable to stick to the topic or argue in a consitent manner. Every time someone makes a point she exaggerates the argument or changes the subject.
Yeah it's nothing new and is typically quite standard when dealing with most women; especially if they perceive themselves being at risk of losing a portion of power in favor of equality. You get used to it once you can see it for what it is. Still... it's important to clearly state the subject of interest and one's stance based on available information. When they deviate in order to avoid addressing it, steer them back to it. If they ignore it, ignore them.
This shows how fucking dumb O'Reilly is. He disagrees that women have sole control of whether she gets and remains pregnant???????? Is this guy from another planet?? She has birth control pills, diaphragms, condoms AND AFTER SEX PILLS AND ABORTION. It is IMPOSSIBLE for her to remain pregnant if she doesn't WANT to.
Men having kids with women without being married has nothing to do with it being "cool".... it's because we're fucking sick of the laws unfairly coddling women and fucking us over. PERIOD. Besides... it doesn't even matter because it's 100% the womans choice whether or not to squirt out the kid.
What many need to understand is child support law isn't based so much on morality as it is on economics. Gov't & the judiciary control costs (taxes) by finding a man... if fraud is acceptable any man will do... to carry the burden of a "woman's choice".
It's why I refuse to marry. Even cohabitation is risky AND I can hardly wait until a Male Birth Control pill exists. Even then I'm firmly convinced the answer will be found in pre-coitus contracts and socio-fin "abandonment".
@OniNoFro It's scary how right you are...but even scarier what you're not including.
There are cases where boys who were victims of statutory rape are forced to pay child support to their rapists who had children. Another case I read about was a man in PA whose wife had an affair...he finds out years later, after divorcing her, that his daughter isn't his...his wife gets with the girl's biological Father...and the court STILL forces him to pay child support in spite of the DNA!!!
Yup. Paternity Fraud is a very scary thing given how it's essentially sanctioned by multiple levels of government in multiple countries. While it's important to include events such as those you describe, people should never lose focus of what the over-arching concern/topic is.
And that is why many girls and diva-worshippers show up to say "No... man up!" because then they can try to change the topic instead of acknowledging there's a problem...
If he was one of those fetuses you wouldn't be trying to shame him as he'd be dead already. What's really funny though is if a man makes a sarcastic remark about abortion/fetuses etc it's wrong but if a woman goes on about bi-monthly abortions she's empowered...
@OniNoFro I don't think she empowered or what type of low level non-conscience she would have to even have one abortion murder of her own child. No sir its pitiful.
I think you're missing the point. under the current social framework, a woman's actions even if quite destrictive are often framed/accepted as either victimhood, empowerment, or infallibility.
In actually it is not victimhood (but creates victims), empowering, nor is she infallible. Are there is is adults enjoying the benefits of adulthood while under an odd immunity for their actions; quite childlike really.
@RadioFreeWisconsin oh you ... oh you pooooooor little fetus you would of been flushed down the toilet and then there would be no little radiofreewisconsin. Is that witty enough for you?
Why doesn't the woman do the right thing by securing a father through marriage *before* delivering a baby? Women are never publicly criticized for such behavior because the bulk of the TV viewing audience is women.
Women are willing to lie with a smile. Women are using men for Residency like women from Russian/ Ukrainian, false alegation against men that would never get the men's lives normal afterward and fatherless children. Women are luring men and abusing them. Men should honor and respect men espicially fathers and never encourage their criminalization and their children by never lure, marry or date a married woman or a mother. Men are responsible for greatest humanities, inventions, love & kindness
I'm so happy that there's someone like Marc Rudov out there finally ... the sad thing like he's said, is the fact that what he says is even controversial
Women have lied about taking birth control pills, poking holes in a condom , and even taking the condom after its official use and taking the..."contents" to get pregnant.
Women also get pregnant and intentionally don't tell their partners about it till a few months into the pregnancy.
If women want to trick men into parenthood, it is easily achieved and has been done before in the past, and the fact that men have no protection from this evil deed is bullshit.
@ManSpeakOut Guessing by your name, I probably don't need to mention (also) that according to the American Blood Bank Association, 30% of men who suspected their spouses of cheating were not only correct... but the kid wasn't theirs and in most states, they'll STILL be held financially accountable. It's Bullshit.
@jjrants SO the 70 percent of women who are faithful and true don't count. You know it a good thing this is just a post, not a legal issue you could be sued if you said these thing on a particular woman . Bankrupted if proven false which 70 percent of the time you would be in the wrong.
@97karenlacey 1) Show me where I said that "70% of women don't count" 2) A legal outcome is determined by "whose got the better attorney" the majority of the time. That's the bottom line whether it be a criminal or civil issue and 3) I have been to court over this. (And yes.... just desserts are finally catching up with scandelous women). When you play maternity fraud, you're not only emotionally endangering the husband, but the child as well and these women DESERVE to lose their children.
@jjrants You always focus on the 30% rants these women we know that they cheated what we don't know if they were tracking thier fertiltly close enough to know thier steady is or isn't the Daddy!
So basically if the parent has full responsibility over the child then they should also have full rights over that child, thats equivalent exchange. Right now men are getting the full responsibilities of the child and do not have full rights to that child like the mother has.
Another factor is that men ARE also tricked into parenthood, like women lying about using preventative measures to prevent pregnancy.
When it comes to the financial part of caring for children they are like you helped create the baby pay for it, but when the man demands to have more rights to his child they say well she gave birth to it, you can't have those rights.
They want to have the bond between father and child severed but keep the financial ties intact. If the man cannot have full rights to his child then he should not be paying for that child, end of story.
3/4 of women seeking child support are out of luck? They could have aborted the child because they knew that they would be unable to support them with a willing father. Some assume that these women *want* a relationship with the father, but we know that is not the case. The women just want a stream of money to support *their* child after treating the father as no more than a sperm donor.
Funny thing is my mom...yes my mom always use to tell me to watch out for these trappahoes especially if you are trying to make something of yourself. Sad our society is like that.
One of women's main counters is that women have periods, & give birth. Men will never understand what a woman goes through or be able to handle it. Pure BILGE! Periods & giving birth is nothing more than a natural biological function. It is not magical, sacred, or special. Dogs give birth too & do a better job of it. Men get their arms & legs blown off in war & bear it. If men gave birth they would go through it w/o whining or expecting special privileges like anything else they do.
Basically everything feminists fight and stand for are based on double standards, everything they talk about defending/fighting for has a double standard behind it.
True it takes two to make a baby, everybody uses that excuse when the man is trying to defend his rights....but when the father is fighting for more rights over his childs life they suddenly do not hear them make that excuse anymore?
Yeah, men can wear condoms but women have how many birth prevention options? And THEN they have 6 months after the fact to terminate the pregnancy. And men cannot force women to term. So from a legal standpoint this situation is unfair/biased towards women.
"Single women shouldn't have kids unless they can support them on their own."
HOLY CRAP! The blind squirrel actually found a nut.
Seriously though, I have to agree with Bill with the above comment, but I do agree with Mark that paper abortions are the way to go. If a woman gets knocked up and the man doesn't want it, he should have an equal opt-out period that women have to deny parentage. If after that is declared and she wants to have and support hte kid on her own, then more power to her.
@BobSutan This may increase initial pregnancy concealment though the "legal abortion" concept should be made available to men. Likewise, a woman should not be able to conceal a child or put it up for adoption without the permission of the father.
Most of our societal rules on pregnancy are based on efficiency before the age of birth control, easy abortion and DNA paternity tests.
Wait... it's misogynistic to suggest the potential for economic and social gain by targetting individuals of higher standing (weath and public status)?
In the animal kingdom, this is ecologically sound. The sytongest/most advanced candidates are usually selected for breeding. That's biology and ecology.
In human society it's sexist to suggest, in this instance, women may be doing the same thing? Really? Come on!
using pregnancy as WMDs against men. Take the Kobe Bryant case from a few years ago. I'd bet the farm that it was that woman's goal to have Kobe get her pregnant. And then there are the women who sleep around unprotected with multiple partners who get pregnant and they don't even have a clue as to the paternity of the child. Women have no idea of the stress a man is subjected to when he hears the words: "I'm late. We need to talk." Especially when he finds out that the kids isn't even his.
There it is. @ 3:16 the woman brings up condoms. Please tell me when in the FUCK are women going to start taking responsibility for birth control? Why is it ALWAYS the man's responsibility to provide birth control when it's the women who have the parts that need protecting? Short of the mutilation known as vasectomy there is only one BC option available to men. On the other hand, if women provide the condoms, how can men trust that they won't pinhole them? Time for women to grow up and stop ..
This situation is at it's peak because shame went out the window! Women no longer face social stigma for her promiscuity. Couple that with the government handouts for single moms..... It's in HER interest to have a kid...
targeted? it's the choice of the men who sleep with these women in the first place...think about it men: would this woman be interested in you, if you didn't have money?
i hate when people blame Hollywood for their problems.
but i do agree with Marc, a woman should do more to not get pregnant if she doesn't want to be.
Exactly, especially given that fact that LEGALLY only the mother has a say-so on whether the child should be born or not. "Right to Abort or sue for support"--I think if ONLY THE MOTHER has a say-so on having the baby than she should also be the one to support the baby by her self. The law needs to change from "Right to Abort or sue for support" to "Birth by consensus"--meaning a child can only be born if both parties involved agree to the child being born.
Now in places where Abortion is illegal and both parties would like to have an abortion but can't because they will get charged with murder--I think the parents should have the right to sue all the people and institutions that lobby to keep abortion illegal--FOR SUPPORT!
3:36 - The woman opens her mouth and the first thing that pops out is the shaming language.
hairbandfan1967 1 week ago
The point Marc was trying to get across in the end but was drowned out is that women have more power in maternity.
They have more power in prevention before sex, during, and after. They have all the power if a baby is the result afterward. They can abort and adopt.
Men only have one means of prevent during sex and that is it, and not a very reliable one at that.
Lastly, a woman can back out of parenthood if she does not want to be a parent, men cannot do this.

Blaming the victim, Lisa?

Obviously there is alot of women who do this type of thing now (I know one that did) but that doesnt change the fact that the man should have to pay child support, because it is not the kids fault & it takes two people to have sex. If I was the guy, I'd probably want a paternity test done first though.

It's the woman's decision ("choice") to abort the pregnancy or not. The man has no power in that decision and therefore should not be held to an equal level of responsibility. Seems pretty simple to me. When will women quit playing the victim? When we no longer allow them to.

At the end of the day it's the women who has the last say in if she want's the man to suffer financially because of the situation that was mutual yet the man has no say nor will for most have no knowledge of the child till conception and Lisa Pinto's logic had no sense backing it.

@NerfDeathcoil I heard about that story. This woman committed statutory rape against this 14 year old (at the time) boy, and he has to pay her child support. I also just think that O'Reilly didn't want to seem like he was advocating abortion, but that is an option to women. If she chooses to keep the baby, that's not the man's fault.
psx2514 1 year ago
@psx2514 What does statutory rape have with this debate? It is the man's responablity's for getting her pregnant. Abortion has become the solution for men."Oh Your pregnant have an abortion." Abortion does not change the fact that : A man's sperm must join with a womans egg to create an embryo. Abortion is not a solution it is a symptom of unwillingness to handle Ugly issues of society. Abortion enables others to hide incest/ rape it protects the abuser and further harms the girls & women.
97karenlacey 10 months ago
@NerfDeathcoil Men have complete rights over their bodies. If you want a better solution for not having an opps baby is a Vesextomy! Your comment indicates. Your comment implies that You should have a "right" over a woman's body. Then you compare women to pedophiles. You don't mention men who won't wear a condom and place all responsablity on Women for birth control, when no women get pregnant alone.
If you have sex be prepared for child.

@97karenlacey then women shouldnt get abortions
crh2010 7 months ago
@crh2010 Sadly an abortion is an act of Contol over one's body. Which has nothing to do with men who want sex without taking responsablity for a potential child. It is a discount from cause and effect.
97karenlacey 7 months ago
@NerfDeathcoil Men have rights over their bodies. Men have the right to decide to have sex or abstinence. I have never seen one news report of a drugged man being raped. Every single case of date rape you describe happens only to women. Read the real statics crime firgures; Drugged + Raped =Women. Drugged +Robbed = Men both of these crimes are generally commited by Men. You are intentionally misrepresenting the reality of sex crimes. That is perverse.
97karenlacey 10 months ago
I also bet that if women were forced to take on full financial responsibility for any children they sire against the wishes of the man. The rate will drop dramatically, cause when you add their income into the equation its an entirely different game.
Which will in turn cause women to only have kids when the man wants to.
Its kinda like living with a roommate in an apartment. Your roommate brings in a pet against your wishes cause they wanted one, and making you pay for its upkeep.
ManSpeakOut 1 year ago
Considering the fact that it is only men that coughs up for kids, and gets hit the hardest from the birth of a child, especially when he was not expecting it, wanted it, or was ready for it, financially speaking. Men should have the power to have kids when they want, not women.
Until women take more responsibility in the financial department then the power should be in the hands of men.
Thats why women are not hesitant to have kids, they are not the ones paying.
ManSpeakOut 1 year ago
I guarantee you when a male pill finally comes out, rates of babies born out of wedlock will plummet to an all time low, possibly the lowest in history.
Lots of women are against the pill because, it gives men power to have kids when he wants and not when she wants. Most women do not care if the man is ready or not for a baby, she is not the one paying for it.
The male pill will ensure a man will only have a baby when HE is ready.
ManSpeakOut 1 year ago
Women should face full responsibility for children that were born without the consent of the father. If they taken the pill like they should have, a pregnancy would have never occurred. Most of those "whoops" pregnancies were actually intentional and against the wishes against the man.
Shame Marc did not mention that, it would have silenced both of those idiots.
There is 1 million births a year in America that occurred from pregnancies against the father's consent.

What simply should be done is not give women free money from the result of childbirth If they conducted a test on this and stopped making men give money for a short time there would be a lot less babies born out of wedlock. @OniNoFro That's right responsablity for your own fertility. :)
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro You have control over your body and what you do with it. They just developed a MBC men won't use it. Look it up .
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
What?
OniNoFro 2 months ago

OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro Well when it comes to sex I trust the everyday experiance, I see in life. Evidence is useful but I don't believeevery study I read. I have posted on this vid on and off for a while the majority of men want sex with women as some kind of divine right. It is truly macabe the attitude here.
Women are seen as things not people condemned for our fertility as if that is a problem. BC control has given rise to this idea that women are sex toys not people.
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro If you don't want the Possiablity of Children Abstaince is your only fool-proof method. This is your Agenda sex with no accountablity no one has that. Not the woman who has an abortion or adopts out a baby if she doesn't want one she still must deal with the consquences of sex, not the man who got her preganant who may or may not have wanted a child. Actions have consquences if you are not adult enough to deal with sex, then ABSTAIN. WE have control over sex drive!
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro No that is not true, Men are being held accountable for thier semen. I am a firm believer in get some one pregnant support that baby. No child should go with out because a man doesn't want to pay for his child. All this grasping for facts well that logic driven denial to aviod a moral truth.
I think it is very fair to society and children that this remain this way. I see no reason men should be able to use women this way. Acccountablity is part of freedom.
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
Wow.
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro No I advocate personal responsablity for our actions. What I am really against is Adults having sex then when a child is concieved, fighting over whose fault it is. Sex is an Adult activity which is not taken seriously enough. Women control only our own bodies .
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@97karenlacey you know that this was already used in the roe vs wade case and it was determined that even tho women were consenting to sex they did not have to bear the responsibility to carry the child so unless you want to outlaw legal abortion your abstain arguement falls short (cont)
fixt100 2 months ago
@97karenlacey (cont)" When women are compelled to carry and bear children, they are subjected to 'involuntary servitude' in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment….[E]ven if the woman has stipulated to have consented to the risk of pregnancy, that does not permit the state to force her to remain pregnant" quote from roe vs wade case to make abortion legal.

@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro My opinions are formed by my life, News simply keeps me informed. I am a mom I know who my child's father is and have a child support order. This is my bias I am a Parent first I can't stand Adults that let children down. I personally believe that if you are a parent you parent and provide for your child the best way you can. Shelter enough clothes, food money for bills.
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey

97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@97karenlacey
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@97karenlacey

This is different how from the standard tactic they use?
OniNoFro 10 months ago
@kaunas88

It is IMPOSSIBLE for her to remain pregnant if she doesn't WANT to.
grumpone 1 year ago 2
Men having kids with women without being married has nothing to do with it being "cool".... it's because we're fucking sick of the laws unfairly coddling women and fucking us over. PERIOD. Besides... it doesn't even matter because it's 100% the womans choice whether or not to squirt out the kid.
jjrants 1 year ago
@jjrants
OniNoFro 2 months ago
@OniNoFro It's scary how right you are...but even scarier what you're not including.
There are cases where boys who were victims of statutory rape are forced to pay child support to their rapists who had children. Another case I read about was a man in PA whose wife had an affair...he finds out years later, after divorcing her, that his daughter isn't his...his wife gets with the girl's biological Father...and the court STILL forces him to pay child support in spite of the DNA!!!
andell1 1 month ago
@andell1

Why doesn't the woman do the right thing by securing a father through marriage *before* delivering a baby? Women are never publicly criticized for such behavior because the bulk of the TV viewing audience is women.
feministsAreCorrupt 1 year ago 2
Women are willing to lie with a smile. Women are using men for Residency like women from Russian/ Ukrainian, false alegation against men that would never get the men's lives normal afterward and fatherless children. Women are luring men and abusing them. Men should honor and respect men espicially fathers and never encourage their criminalization and their children by never lure, marry or date a married woman or a mother. Men are responsible for greatest humanities, inventions, love & kindness

ManSpeakOut 1 year ago
@ManSpeakOut Guessing by your name, I probably don't need to mention (also) that according to the American Blood Bank Association, 30% of men who suspected their spouses of cheating were not only correct... but the kid wasn't theirs and in most states, they'll STILL be held financially accountable. It's Bullshit.
jjrants 1 year ago 2
@jjrants SO the 70 percent of women who are faithful and true don't count. You know it a good thing this is just a post, not a legal issue you could be sued if you said these thing on a particular woman . Bankrupted if proven false which 70 percent of the time you would be in the wrong.
97karenlacey 2 months ago
@97karenlacey 1) Show me where I said that "70% of women don't count" 2) A legal outcome is determined by "whose got the better attorney" the majority of the time. That's the bottom line whether it be a criminal or civil issue and 3) I have been to court over this. (And yes.... just desserts are finally catching up with scandelous women). When you play maternity fraud, you're not only emotionally endangering the husband, but the child as well and these women DESERVE to lose their children.
jjrants 2 months ago
@jjrants You always focus on the 30% rants these women we know that they cheated what we don't know if they were tracking thier fertiltly close enough to know thier steady is or isn't the Daddy!
97karenlacey 2 months ago
So basically if the parent has full responsibility over the child then they should also have full rights over that child, thats equivalent exchange. Right now men are getting the full responsibilities of the child and do not have full rights to that child like the mother has.
Another factor is that men ARE also tricked into parenthood, like women lying about using preventative measures to prevent pregnancy.
ManSpeakOut 1 year ago
When it comes to the financial part of caring for children they are like you helped create the baby pay for it, but when the man demands to have more rights to his child they say well she gave birth to it, you can't have those rights.
They want to have the bond between father and child severed but keep the financial ties intact. If the man cannot have full rights to his child then he should not be paying for that child, end of story.
ManSpeakOut 1 year ago

3/4 of women seeking child support are out of luck? They could have aborted the child because they knew that they would be unable to support them with a willing father. Some assume that these women *want* a relationship with the father, but we know that is not the case. The women just want a stream of money to support *their* child after treating the father as no more than a sperm donor.

Funny thing is my mom...yes my mom always use to tell me to watch out for these trappahoes especially if you are trying to make something of yourself. Sad our society is like that.
obatron1 1 year ago
One of women's main counters is that women have periods, & give birth. Men will never understand what a woman goes through or be able to handle it. Pure BILGE! Periods & giving birth is nothing more than a natural biological function. It is not magical, sacred, or special. Dogs give birth too & do a better job of it. Men get their arms & legs blown off in war & bear it. If men gave birth they would go through it w/o whining or expecting special privileges like anything else they do.

Basically everything feminists fight and stand for are based on double standards, everything they talk about defending/fighting for has a double standard behind it.
Garrett00009 1 year ago

BobSutan 1 year ago
@BobSutan This may increase initial pregnancy concealment though the "legal abortion" concept should be made available to men. Likewise, a woman should not be able to conceal a child or put it up for adoption without the permission of the father.
Most of our societal rules on pregnancy are based on efficiency before the age of birth control, easy abortion and DNA paternity tests.
feministsAreCorrupt 1 year ago
Wait... it's misogynistic to suggest the potential for economic and social gain by targetting individuals of higher standing (weath and public status)?
In the animal kingdom, this is ecologically sound. The sytongest/most advanced candidates are usually selected for breeding. That's biology and ecology.
In human society it's sexist to suggest, in this instance, women may be doing the same thing? Really? Come on!

AceOfHeart2012 1 year ago
using pregnancy as WMDs against men.
AceOfHeart2012 1 year ago
There it is. @ 3:16 the woman brings up condoms. Please tell me when in the FUCK are women going to start taking responsibility for birth control? Why is it ALWAYS the man's responsibility to provide birth control when it's the women who have the parts that need protecting? Short of the mutilation known as vasectomy there is only one BC option available to men. On the other hand, if women provide the condoms, how can men trust that they won't pinhole them? Time for women to grow up and stop ..

Exactly, especially given that fact that LEGALLY only the mother has a say-so on whether the child should be born or not. "Right to Abort or sue for support"--I think if ONLY THE MOTHER has a say-so on having the baby than she should also be the one to support the baby by her self. The law needs to change from "Right to Abort or sue for support" to "Birth by consensus"--meaning a child can only be born if both parties involved agree to the child being born.
mrshutter77 2 years ago 3
Now in places where Abortion is illegal and both parties would like to have an abortion but can't because they will get charged with murder--I think the parents should have the right to sue all the people and institutions that lobby to keep abortion illegal--FOR SUPPORT!
