Middle of the night, no one around. It's not unsafe or harmful. I do one at the end of my block to do turn around every day that there is snow on the ground, it makes for a cleaner turn.

haha, there is nothing Illegal with doing what he just did, it is called a handbrake turn, and if you took winter driving lessons, it is recommended in icy conditions to keep control of your vehicle. Nothing illegal with this.

Um. I live and grew up in Northern Minnesota where it's super cold and lots of snow. Pulling an e-brake does not make you handle better you moron. We don't take drama into our system so don't bother. Here in Minnesota, society doesn't need or pushed to take drivers training specifically for winter driving. I am sure it's offered in a class form as far as defensive driving but it's not accounted for in my book. I think you should take an attitude check.

Also, it doesn't matter where you're from. As far as anyone is concerned. Water freezes at at 32 df. Which means ice and snow. That's what I said I live in Northern Minnesota, where we go through alot of snow and crappy road conditions. I do believe classes should be offered more to the society than it is already for defensive driving but I have no say in that. People make me laugh...........I know the cop who was driving....He was turning around and he did not realize how slippery it was. This video was posted by a security guard at Nor-Tel. The car is from 5 district. I love how people see one small clip of a video and rush to conclusions.
