well it doesnt really matter what the heavier guys lift, metalgod... thats why they have weight classes. And all that other stuff u said was the same thing i said before.
402 is record for weight class I hope? You are good for your weight but most heavier guys get that somewhat with ease.
As for the technique(sp), you will run into back problems leaning all the way forward coming up like that. Just try and keep your shoulders more square in front of you, even if it means less weight. You'd rather be healthy and not as high of a squat then injured from a bad squat.
On that note, good luck in the future and stay healthy.
decent... ur losing your back and ur gonna run into trouble on hevier weight. I squat like you and recently herniated a disk in my back on a not so heavy squat (335 raw on my fourth rep of my fifth set of 4). What weight class r u in tristan? im 181.
yea i keep hearing that but its hard to just stop what your doing and go back down in weight just trying to get ur form down but i bend my back cause it helps me keep my balance... but your right with heavy weight i'll get burried... i was lifting in the 165 weight class though.
really good explosiveness, im just curious what age and weightclass u are in. I guarantee if u had a squat suit and knee wraps u could have made 450+. good job man.
thats cool... i don't believe anything anyone says on the internet unless they can back it up but if its true then you put me to shame... and like i said it was my first contest and i only tried maxing 3 times before that meet on squat.
i got 1st place in 165 JV in the state (MA) but I was the only 165 jv there haha...i got 205 squat (could have gotten more..easy, perfect form + everyone said i made it look easy) 150 bench (tried 160 but failed) and 265 deadlift (could have gotten more also, maybe 280 or so) we have another comp may 19th, so hopefully i will destroy that 1...a 275 from my school broke state squat record 1st attempt, beat it again 2nd, and again 3rd. brett anderson is his name, did like 675 i think
good squat for your size whats your
bench, im in the same weight class but
only squat about 320, and bench 290
