one of those songs time has no effect on,it was great then and still is, even after we all turn to dust, someone else will come along and like this song after you,it makes me smile, rock or be rocked or just get f*** outta the way...
I listened to what my mentor Bob Proctor (from The Secret) said: "In over 40 years of studying success, I have never seen a greater opportunity than with YOUnique." Take a look like I did. Visit goldsave.co
I was 31 when this song came out and it was very popular in South Africa, belive it or not. This song still rocks to me, and I am not 31 anymore. Being old sucks. To all of the kids out there, getting old isn't as fun as many make it to be. It genuinly sucks.
beautiful song. one of their best. didnt play on radio here in Los Angeles but should have. they didnt get enough exposure over here. When i was really big into them, they werent popular here.
amo essa musica, ela é sensacional, pena que as radios já esqueceram e só tocam as porcarias de sempre, valeu moçada é ROCK na veia.ninguem tira isso de nós, podem até tentar...hehehe
If you have a love that leads to madness and no matter how much you try to discuss and meet on the level it still becomes "a situation" , then do what I did, the only sane thing to save what´s still to be saved: RUN AWAY-AY-AY !!! Maybe even as far away-ay-ay as possible.
Great song that brings back all kinds of memories.
Such an amazing song to be produced without much of an ear for what it could have been... This could have been a rock anthem in the hands of the right craftsman. A faster tempo, punched solos, booming drums, perhaps. But, they just really mailed this one in. Must be really hard to play or something, right? In concert, even the live versions of this sound scary bad. How can we love a song this much, and have it fall so flat?
I couldn't disagree with you more. Its one of the acutely excellent aspects of this song that it isn't an overproduced sack of junk, they manage a lushness and fullness without relying on the garbagey overproduction so prevalent in 80's and 90's (and now) rock bands. Just straight-forward, driven, excellent licks and beat. No wallowing in krud for Nazareth. MUCH RESPECT.
The original video stood out in my mind thanks to the cue ball slide guitar effect, that alone was original and cool 2XS is a great album all on it's own
I do own more then one turntable and I still play records, it's fun, but there are issues with them if not prestine or high end. Mine's a 6 dollar Goodwillstore find... RCA Linear Track. I must have seen this in the glory days of MTV. What a crime what happened to music tele
God! I saw this on Ann's faves and I had truly forgotten about this gem! I loved this song so much that when KMET put this into heavy rotation I simply hit "record" on my cassette player on my stereo and managed to get a flawless copy to play, so I never did but the album like I should have ;-]
I love this song even though I recently heard it for the first time. It's weird how I can identify with songs from previous generations.
