By the way, i think that looking the airways, before starting the RCP, and remove obstructive objects, isn't very difficult and can resolve a breathing stop quickly, without risking an heart stop.

Wrong hand positioning in head iperextension, they didn't verified if airways were free from obstructive objects. Also fingers in RCP are in wrong position, they must not lay on the chest, but remain lifted.
During RCP, the girl becomes faster and faster, but she has to mantain the same speed all the time.
And... For MSO, they have to give air to the body... Normally, 30 compressions and 2 insufflations, alternatively. Without any air apport, the patient will die, even if defibrillation.

先日自宅前で人身が絡む交通事故があり、応急処置を手伝いました。AEDやCPRについては街角での講習会で２，３回講習を受けたことがあり、実行しましたが後で判ったことですが残念なことに要救助者の方は亡くなられたようです。実際に遭遇すると手が震え、パッドの袋を開封し電極を取り出し､2枚の接着面を出すのにてこずりました。街角での講習もこのビデオで紹介している程度のものでしたが、もう少し初心者の立場になって紹介ビデオの内容を工夫したほうが良いと思います。私はこれを機に近所の消防署で救命講習を受講しようと思っています。

1週間ほど前に、この処置を受け、九死に一生を得ました。倒れた本人としては、どのような処置がなされたか一切わかりませんので、大変勉強になります。今後は、他の人が倒れても対応できるように処置方法を勉強していきたいと思います。

AEDは私たち誰もが、いざという時に使えるようにしておきたいものですね。
ところで、1つ疑問に思ったのですが、倒れた人を見て、他の誰かに助けを求める際のポイントで、119番とAEDの依頼の他に「できるだけ多くの人を呼んでくる」ように求めるのは何のためなのでしょう？「その中に医師、看護士、または救急救命士などの救急に対するための知識のある人がいると救急処置に助かるため」なのかと私は考えたのですが、その類でしょうか？

@tomomarujump ご質問ありがとうございます．確かに人を呼ぶという行為で近くにいる医療従事者に気づいてもらうという意味がありますが，心肺停止の方に行うべきことは，特に医療従事者でなくても構いません．正しい知識をもっている方なら誰でもできます．私たちは講習会などで，なぜ人を呼ぶのかと聞かれることがよくあります．それに対する答えは，代わる代わる胸骨圧迫心臓マッサージを行うためと説明しています．本気で胸骨圧迫心臓マッサージを行うと通常２分と持ちません．救急隊が来るまでの数分間を一人で効率よく行うことはできませんので，疲れたらすぐ交代するを基本としています．お答えになったでしょうか？
