Thank you. I was getting frustrated with trying to learn just how to keep the hoop around my waist - lots of drops! - I was encouraged by your "it all takes practice. Don't give up " - and persevered - it's finally working! am excited about being able to do more in the future - after more practice. :-)

Very Elegant. I didn't even know you could do things like that with a hula hoop... I mean, I can walk with it, and sit down and keep it going and then stand back up, but moving it on one hand, going through it after making it go around you... Who would've thought?
