People think Derek Fisher is one of the all time greats just because of occasional strong performances like this and the 0.4 and a few clutch shots; and because of his 5 rings (only because he played with Gasol, Bryant, Shaq, etc.) This was impressive, but Derek Fisher is crazy overrated.
Exactly. That's like saying Robert Horry is overrated. No, they are all-time clutch role players. That guy is just an idiot...a few clutch shots. Karl Malone has ZERO clutch shots! Fish hit a huge 3 in Game Six against Indiana to get the first ring. Shot something like 15-20 from deep in that sweep over the Spurs in '01. The .4 shot, the two 3's to beat Orlando in Game 4 of the Finals. Saving Kobe's ass in this game...and the HUGE 3 that turned Game 7. Yeah 'a few clutch shots' indeed.
@cbaldwinjr you forgot that horry is #1 and fisher is number 2 for most 3 pointers in finals history and both of them are top ten in most 3 in playoffs history
