Call forth your knowledge by activly asking your DNA to evolve, and also tell yourself you allow for your past lives knowledge to come forth and into this body, and for it to receive the light also, must ask this daily, you can learn more from my playlists.

There are many techniques to use, I try them all and use works best for me. Information comes slow, but learning to trust your intuition is a good begining. I dont use this ladies technique, at least yet, forgot i commented on this. =-)

watch my playlists, start with what the bleep, then vortex energy and after that, bringers of dawn, then after that learn to meditate and sing, vibration heals as does meditation, so you will want to meditate badly soon =-),, i do daily now, i feeel like a kid again. I use all the techniques on my lists and favs. Much has happend for me in depth exact manifestations etc. Love is the answer, Shamanism is the asnwers were all seeking to ourselfs, greed, hate, and scientific gadjets only blind you.
