1. gaining poundages in squats

you are very simplistic in your assumptions. make it complicated and intelligent.
First of all are stating that jordan jumps low while using mere height. I would bet that he even hits beyond 40 inches of jump.
another, is height does help jump itself and not just height.
but that doesn't completely refute the other factors like spud web's lack of height vs his nervous system's inborn speed.
also along with the other much MORE different factors to generate force against gravity and ground.

I just whatched the vid I can't jump very well at all I can barley touch box below rim and I'm 6,3 and I'm 14 years old I no that's sad I need 27 more vert inches do you have any idea how long it wuld take me if I do the exercise atleast an hour a day. My goal is 9 days
