good idea,ok here are the chapters of the dvd history, jow herbs, brewing jow, qigong ,stand construction, putting it all together, advanced training, auxillary exercises and extras, focus training(candle and kerosene lantern) ,mechanics of breaking ,vibration training, supplemental exercises, bone shattering palm, conclusion.
the most comprehensive volume on the subject of iron palm to date.we leave nothing to guess .
This really is an awesome DVD. I have learned so much in so little time all anyone has to is research all the book's and DVD's on iron palm read through the content's and they will know that this DVD contains so much more and hold's nothing back.This video is great but maybe you should do a complete Dvd preview of what's on the Dvd so people will know what's on there.I am not talking about giving it all away i am talking a bout what the lessons are on the DVD.Break it down into section previews
