  • nice snake its nice to see that there is more ppl out there filming non live feedings

  • beautiful snake

  • you should put like a .... reptile carpet down on the bottom of the cage so a live mouse (mostly dead) wont slid around if scurring.

  • @sourmeter1 im positive he knows what he is doing

  • :P

  • nice vid

  • what do you do when your snakes grow too big?

  • Hey I'm more of a rat fan, but you made a good choice not to feed your snakes live rats! =) Btw your snakes gorgeous!

  • I love that you put a link to leave the video (: And thank you for choosing frozen thawed XD

  • paastels,

    so cute(:

Mine's a Mojave, she's about 2 months and i never had a problem feeding her yet(:

    btww, you're pyth isa beauut

  • hey did u feed him frozen/thawed.

  • beeeutiful snake i have one he's just a normal ball python that small rat seems a little to big but he still eats it haha

  • Beautiful animal.

  • why is the box all wet and dirty looking?

  • i so love ball pythons <3 especially the piebald morph

  • caesar is very sexual make more videos

  • Nice Pastel.

  • it would be cruel i know but in my humour and yes cruel lol, if you held onto the mouse just to see what happens lol(if you want to say anything carry on im curious)

    hehe

  • my ball python was only 19$ because she was on sale

  • Niiiice ball python how much do ball pythons cost ??? my corn snake just died so i dont want a nother anything for aloooooooooooooooooooooooooong time but huuuuuuhhhh i just wanna know

  • Normal ball pythons can be as cheap as $25 each, but usually closer to $50. This morph you see here is less than $200.

  • shit lol sweet haha whats the easiest typee of snake to tak ecare of in ur eyes

  • @FartherAway420 well i got mine ball python was only 60 and all other places was over $100

  • @crimsonghost17 at petco there 80

  • are these your or ur friends snakes and if you know can u tel me how many he/you have?

  • This is my snake. I have 10 plus 11 babies.

  • @FartherAway420 my royal/ball was £100 i dont kno how many dollars that is

do you know how long it will take for mine(eddy) to shed. he is 7 months old and has just started

  • Dude, You got to get them on rats ASAP. They have so much more nutrition and will definitely help him grow faster. I got 3 new ball pythons a few weeks ago that are about 3 months old and I already have them on pinky rats. I started my older (yr and a half) ball on rats about 3 months ago and hes been growing much faster than when I had him on XL mice.

  • local pet store

  • i can like animals but rats are....................food for snakes and crocodiles.......oooops i forgot eagles

  • yo whats up guys.!!nice videos!

All of yous are invited to come and see my channel.

I got some nice snakes. thanks guys.

  • i subscribed and cool snake

  • wow that a very pretty snake and its cool that u can feed it prekilled since balls are finicky. mine will eat pre killed also

  • Thanks!

    It's actually f/t.

  • nice snake. are you gonna breed him?

  • Next year I plan on it. Just not sure with what yet.

  • they can have babys at that age? i have one and want to know. mine is about a year old now

  • Males 750 grams

    females 1500 grams

  • why not just feed him live mice. its more fun for the snake, and its natural

  • cuz its cheaper and safer and its not to bad to feed it live its not that cruel but if u could feed it frozen u should

  • beautiful just beautiful

  • nicee.

  • when you feed them in separte container or box like that after they eat when can i put mine back in its tank please txt back thanks you

  • I no longer feed outside of there tanks. But to answer your question, as soon as they are done eating they can be place back into there enclosure.

  • dude.. if snakes would love some bacon and eggs we would give that to them but thats just not the way it is,... its nature so deal with it

ceasar is looking good btw :)

hes about the same length as my boa

  • whoa?!!!?was that rat alive? wtf is wrong with you?!!?

  • no stupid do u see him moving? besides snakes hav to eat i hav a female normal and i feed her live.

  • common it wants to eat a alligator try putting something with a fight that's cruel there are animals who eat snakes so get that

  • @Glockman2619 Yeah! I'm more of a rat fan who rescued a feeder rat from this fate, but even I will say that it is nature, even though if I had a snake I'd feed it prekilled. LOL. And thats because I'd probably wanna keep every rat as a pet! LOL

  • 1)copy&paste

    2)post on 2 diff vids

    3)Hold your breath

    4)look at your hands

  • u have a nice snake.lol!!!

  • very nice royal python, i just got my very first one over the weekend and he also eats the f\t mice, hes three months old

  • your snake is beautiful

  • kudos to you for going the pre-killed/frozen route... ESPECIALLY with a ball. I could not for the life of me get mine on it... I ended up passing the feeding duties to my boyfriend.

Oh yeah, I have pet rats :)

  • I have been very fortunate with all of my snakes getting them onto f/t without a problem. Today I will try to feed both of my new ball pythons for the first time so we will see how that goes.

  • @daphnener Same with me. I worked at a pet store and couldn't bear to give the snakes live baby rats. I even rescued one lucky baby!

  • Royal pythons are awsome i use to have one but i hade to take it back becse my mom did not like the color so i got a red tailed boa

  • That's got to be the oddest reason I have ever heard of a parent bringing back a reptile for, haha. Usually when a parent is bringing it back it's because they just found out about it :oP

  • subbed m8 ur vids r awesome!!!! love snakes :P

  • my snakes don't seem to be able to smell the mice as well if they're wet... and I get impatient when I've got to sit there and hold the mouse for 3 minutes... but seems you don't have that problem.

    Gorgeous pastel.

  • you gangsta but not gangsta as your friend he got them big ones i don't want to fuck with

  • You do realize that snake is only 8 months old right? It's got a long way to go and will most likely get bigger.

  • Such a pretty snake!

  • its not all about the water. its more a ballance of electrolytes. he can drink all the water he wants but can still be dehydrated its different for them than us. if he cant properly digest his mouse then he cant get his nutrients. the water ensures hes getting his mouse down easy and cleanly without being scarched from going down dry check our our ball python hes six and shedding

  • Cool! Never thought about that.

  • you only need to feed it one mouse a week

  • "im very thankful that we dont eat like this" id been thinking the same through every single one of your videos lol...why do you have to make sure it gets enough water?..wouldnt it just drink up some if hed need it? or isnt that how it works for snakes

  • Yes most snakes will make sure themselves that they get plenty of water. But it's just one less thing to worry about, plus it helps with keeping the temps high when I offer them their food.

  • if you dont like waching then dont search for it bich

  • look.......if his snake takes wet prey then shut up about there being something wrong with the snake.....and its just an extra precaution so it doesnt matter if the snake should getting enough water he still does it....nice video it was awsome

  • how many times a week should i feed my ball python... she is 6 months old and 56 cm long

. i should feed her with 2 mice a week? for example:both mice at the same day or 1 mice on monday and the oher on wednesday-thursday??

    ty

  • Unless the prey is too small or it has been awhile since she has eaten I would only feed her 1 item a week. The prey item should be as large as the snake is in it's biggest part.

  • I would say that your snake is rather strange for taking a prey that is wet. I have never heard of this. Most will refuse. I would say that as a Ball python enthusiast I know what they like and dislike and wet prey is one of their dislikes. I would use a bag. Sure your snake would eat it but I betcha he doesn't like it very much. Just an observation. =D

  • All 4 of my snakes take prey like this. It guarantees that they are getting plenty of water.

  • o_O... That surprises me... and I'm sure your snakes are getting enough water if you are giving them fresh water daily. The only reason ball pythons would refuse water is if it tasted nasty or they are really sick. I really don't think you need to feed them wet prey. but I guess you're gunna do what your gunna do..

  • i want to get a baby ball but i'm still trying to figure out how big the cage should be. the cages most ppl keep them in seem so small. don't they need exercise and a chance to move around or are they ok in a small space?

  • 20 gallon for a hatchling

    30 gallon for a yearling

    40-55 gallon for an adult.

  • I would like to elaborate. Yes they are small. Ball pythons do NOT like having a large enclosure. Smaller enclosures make them feel more secure. I don't use tanks I use sterilite tubs. 15 quart for babies and 32 quart for an adult. It seems small but in the end they are perfect for them Too big of an enclosure will result in missed feedings and stress.

  • i was told not to feed it during the shed period. my snakes thorws the snake up the next day if i feed her during the shedding period

  • They are less likely to eat during shed, but it wont harm them generally. Of course if I had a snake regurgitating each time he/she is fed during shed then I would stop that practice but I am yet to have a snake regurgitate.

  • nice python

  • I loved the movie, I loved even more your snake, she / he is very beautiful, very well handle it, liked to have one, but my mom would never let me xD

  • Cool, i have the same kind of snake.

  • I do the same with my frozen mice...I thaw them directly in water without a bag so that my hognose snake gets extra water in his diet. I actually never see him drinking water.

    Nice video. 5 stars.

  • frozen is great. if you don't want your snake to have Thaimain (an important B vitamin lost in the freezing process)

Oh, and also, if you're a fucking pussy.

  • It's way easier and cheaper to buy frozen. I don't have any pet stores within a half hour of here. And I am certainly not breeding mice or rats for that purpose. I have enough animals to take care of.

  • hey your snake is amazing! and i can see he is well taken care of! i seen a comment about feeding live mice, whats the difference? i mean whats it matter if its alive or dead?

  • There really isn't. Its more of a convenience and safety issue. However if you are watching the entire time when feeding live so you can separate them if need be then there should be no problem. As far as the snake being more aggressive or there being more vitamins in live it is all in who you ask. But I don't think there is much difference.

  • YOU MUST GIVE HIM ALIVE MOUSE

  • Only as a last resort. I would try it every once in a while but I would be afraid it would fuck up his feeding response as he is a fussy eater.

  • are ball pythons good for 11 year old children even if he has one that is already full grown

  • A ball python is a great beginner snake. I would suggest a younger (smaller) one to start, but if you have a well tempered adult that would be good too.

  • pretty snake

  • basically as you know snakes don't chew their food they will slowly swallow their prey and once its in its body the food wil become crushed and digested with digestive juices MMMmmmmm...but yea i would love to see that..

  • my ball python will only eat living food.

  • i wanna see it when the food is in the stomach

  • That is one gorgeous snake.

  • hey...I have a baby ball python,I have had him for a month or so all seems to be going well,he eats a thawed adult mouse once a week, although,he has just shed for the first time since I hae had him,yet his head is still not shed fully after a week of the body shed, any suggestions?<I have been giving him warm baths daily....

  • beautiful snake. i have a 17 foot python as well

  • Thank you for explenation! Can you tell us the weight and the size of that beautiful snake?

  • Nice striking!!!! Healthy, nice looking ball python. Do you think it is OK to feed the snake during the shed?

  • I would not do it if I thought the snake might get hurt. So yes, it is OK. But keep in mind that most snakes will refuse when shedding.

  • Why did you feed a pre-killed rather than live mouse?

  • 1. It reduces the chance of injury to the snake significantly.

    2. Easier to get

    3. Cheaper

I have nothing against anyone who feeds live as I would feed live if any of my snakes refused frozen for a good period of time.

  • Because it's safer. Pre-killed prey can't fight back and possibly injure the snake, and it's also more humane for the prey animal. Add in the fact that there's generally no way of knowing what parasites or diseases live prey might carry, and it's a pretty simple decision.

  • beautiful snake

  • beautiful ball but check out a super phantom it s more beautiful ( and expensive...)

  • how long can a ball python can go without eating!

  • if its that young i wouldnt risk letting it go without food for over a week your suppose to feed them 1-2 times a week

  • Ball Pythons can go nearly a year without eating. Even the young ones can go several months without eating.

  • you sure that wont starve the young??

  • Well pay attention to how much weight it has lost. If it loses 10% or more of it's body weight then be concerned. Remember it's not the owner that wont feed the snake. It's just that some snakes are really fussy and will refuse food.

  • beautiful pastel!

  • thats a beautiful snake! pastel is the best color, how much was that snake? like $500+?

  • Actually I was lucky that one of the places I buy my snakes actually carried him. He was only about $200 shipped which is very cheap for this morph.

  • And now they're $95 plus shipping. I payed $500 for my male lemon pastel...the next year they were $250. Grr...

  • wow youre telling me! i only see them for upwards of $500. very beautiful snake though!

  • mine was 250 from nerd

  • we see a better view when the snake eats it when it's dead

  • im gonna hate my ball python till its a big mines just a tiny puny little baby.

  • I just wanna know has it ever accidently attacked you and how much space and how much it cost to keep it alive

  • One of the first days I had him he had struck and hit me. But there was no mark and painless. Granted a larger one I'm sure would be a bit different of a story.

  • cs, u dont have to feed it daily.depending on the sizes, mayb u need 2-3 adult rats for 2weeks for a arm sized python@boa.its kinda easy to keep em.

  • man i have seen worse i saw my uncle's snake gobble a mouse in 1 bite and you could still hear and see it moving in the snake's stomach

  • A pinky would not be a big deal, but an adult mouse could be big trouble for that snake if it's still alive.

  • nice snake got 2 royle pythons male/female nice 2 c em eat

  • Oh how I wish my ball would eat. Sadly they are a finicky breed and mine seems to prefer merely sniffing the mice.

Thankfully my boa has no such issues and will gobble up any leftovers.

  • congratz to the little guy

  • is it exspensive to feed snakes???

  • .50 cents to $2.00 a meal depending on how you get a hold of it. I pay about .75 per meal.

  • p.s. i subscribed =)

  • is it healthy for snake to shed like every 5-6 weeks and just so you know he is the same kind as urs.please messege me back

  • When they go through a big growth spurt it is very common for them to shed sometimes almost monthly. Shedding just means growing, so nothing to worry about.

  • oh and btw for new snake owners reading this, in shed HUMIDITY MEANS EVERYTHING!!! keep it humidor you will get a bad shed

  • Y don't u have respect for this guy fag??? At least he give dead mouses to his python!

  • Shut ur damn mouth kid I just bought a ball python soo shut ur mouth!!!

People aren't crazy u have no idea how beautiful snakes are faggot!!!

  • Can't be any more stupid than going through each of my snake video's and commenting how much you hate snakes. Moron.

  • you have three! i hope they all break out and feed on you just like your fellow chicken and mice friends.

  • A common reaction from a pussy like you who fears snakes. Go hug a tree somewhere else loser.

  • Beautiful BP! If you like brutal feedings, get a Tokay Gecko. Can't handle them, very aggressive but very beautiful. My tokay gets a live fuzzy and he climbs down the glass, takes it in his mouth and bashes it on the tank wall before consuming..

  • is he in a box?!?!?!

  • During feeding time, yes.

  • Hi whats up.Channel is looking good.Take care,Hork

  • I ones had 2 snakes they are so great pets!

    anyway great video!

  • do u still have BLAZE?

  • No. Blaze is my friends snake, not mine.

  • hey dude, very nice vids..Ive learned a lot from watching them! I wondered if you could take a few minutes to answer a couple questions..shoot me a message whenever. Thanks again!

  • Thanks! What's your questions?

  • I finally got my 2 foot ball to eat a frozen fuzzy last night after almost a month of not eating, is that common? also you said something in one of your vids about an eye problem one of yours had..mine looks to have had a bad shed last time with dead skin covering almost half of one eye, should I just wait till next shed to worry about it or should I be trying to remove that?

  • I have been misting down his eyes warm water daily which has completely fixed one eye and the other is getting much better.

Yes it is very common in ball pythons. Mine went the first 2 months without eating.

  • Much thanks! he ate again tonight, this time the full size. Next up will be getting him to shed that crap off his eyes so vids will be coming up soon.

  • WHy don't you do anymore videos with Blaze, the python?

  • He is not my snake. He is owned by a friend and finding the time between both of our schedules has been very difficult! But if the opportunity arises there will be a new video!

  • i dont get why thaey post these vids?

  • Just to hear you bitch!

Actually I should be the one asking, why are you watching? I did not force you to come here.

  • yeah y r u watching it? i get really pissed at people who dont understand voreaphillics

  • Cool snake man.Oh how i wish i had been born in a country like Amazona.Ahahahahahahahahah......

  • Aww im beging to like snakes :) Bless

  • woah

  • wow.

  • i like Caesar,cool snake man.

  • the rat's alredy dead. y does he have 2 kill it again?

  • Just to make sure it's dead.

  • because that is how they eat. It's instinct to want to try and kill their prey. It's in their nature.

  • yeah, snakes aren't veary smart and neither am i cuz i just mispelled sumthing but i dont know what

  • how many snakes do you have?

  • 3. 2 sand boa's and this one. The burmese python, red tail boa, and 4 foot ball python belong to a friend.

  • yo how much you pay for him man?

  • $200

  • wow!cool video,he must've been hungry :)

    5/5!

  • It's awsome!! XD I love those animals. How long before feed him again?

  • His next dinner will be Friday. But the next Snake feeding video on my channel will be later this Month. Caesar's next feeding video will be in August.

  • great job on display! awesome looking ball python as well!!! $;-)

  • He looks really nice
