he is probably some temp hire deusche they hired for the holidays. Fedex uses rental trucks with temp hires because their regular fleet is at full capacity. FedEx home delivery hires any dude with a half a brain and a license to do deliveries for them for their holiday peak season at lower pay, then lets them go after two weeks. Sadly these people come to your house and deliver your packages. It is only for fedex ground though. FedEx Express keeps their courriers to the highest standards
