well we were having rehearsals for a show their guesstimating 25,000 showin up and one of the wiring nerds happened to punch this up.

and i promised Rick before he died i would do my best to correct it anytime i came across it. Levon agreed but said it was "gonna get old in a hurrah" (hurry) see they always said the song means "whatever it means to you" ,just get the names right you can mess around with the other lyrics but those names belong to real folks.

see its a "Bandism" one of the weird things they would do in a song... the "f" of off blending with the "F" of Fannie folks think its take a load off Annie also because they make ref. to Anna Lee who is a different person all together (she still dont like being callled Annie she'll tellya real quick "its Anna Lee!!!oh and "thanks" by the way
