No, it can only really be said about a persona which has been so influential that it changes the way people define things. I am suggesting that woody allen, for a postion of the population, defined what "jewishness" is and that, when accusing him of conforming to a stereotype, it is worth considering how you came about your definition of that sterotype and if Woody himself had a hand in it.
