This movie is just a copy of Pump up the Volume. They're not directly alike, but they're very similar. In both the main guy is new to the school, in both they motivate students and council them, except in PUTV he does it anonymously over the radio and on CB he does it in the bathroom, they both have a depressed student try to commit suicide, in PUTV he kills himself with a gun, in CB he attempts suicide by OD'ing on pills but he lives.
