@gorans007 Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan (which is what I practice) is perfectly safe - you will not experience anything you're not ready for!

The time for the meditation is open, but 11 min. would be good! @akiri000 Actually the exercises themselves help to increase your magnetism and cleanse your aura. The meditation helps you tune into the effects of the exercises experience your pure energy.
So the energy ball is how u increase your electromagnet field and the stuff u did before that was warmups right? I've been looking for how to do this and I find out I already knew how XD
