  • I worked on this ship when it was in for repair at Bay Ship...its big. when your in the tunnel down below you can't even see the end of the tunnel

  • At 1,013 feet, 6 inches long, the Paul R. Tregurtha is the largest boat on the Great Lakes. She comes to Duluth about once a week and almost always loads coal, usually for Detroit Edison power plants. She was built as the William J. Delancey in 1981 in Lorain, Ohio. She received her new name in the spring of 1990. Paul Tregurtha was born in 1935 and is an officer of the Interlake Steamship Company, the owner of the ship

  • Thank you so very much for this!!

Love the sound of her horn,....and the size of her, WOW!!! I'm from Hamilton, and sadly because of her size, we cannot get her in here, nor the Welland Canal!! Looks so beautiful there, much better than the entrance to our harbor

    Very well done,

    Again, Thank you!!

  • Great footage. That thing is beautiful, cruise ships cant hold a candle to something like that!

  • Duluth Mn. great place to watch ships. Duluth harbor cam.

  • Nice video! I have always liked her horns. What did you use to make your video? Cool style.

  • Thank you.

For this I used my Aiptek HD camera and edited the footage using Windows Movie Maker.
