It's hilarious that people persecute us for being worshippers of Jehovah. You truly need to get the facts understood, C T Russell was the founder of the Bible Students Association and the WTBTS. NOT the JW's. He did make predictions that were proven mistakes but the symbolism used was that of freemasonry. CT Russell was in fact the founder of the Watchtower Bible and Track Society which in turn "changed their name" to "jehovah's witnesses" in 1935 look inside your NWT and you will see that the WTBS still print the NWT in 120 languages, also those egyptian symbols are in fact "pagan symbols"

Later when the catholic faith was adopted by the romans the term pagan was used for anyone outside of the faith. So no I would not celebrate xmas if it is linked to pagans such as the tree etc

I was under the impression that in "pure worship", anything linked to paganism was unacceptable, be it a small thing or not.
