I also wanna add that my first injury was a shocker cause i tore my lower disc in my spine lifting something very heavy at age 21 and i was very strong and upset that happened and i ignored it and kept going and now with all the other damage added to it i can no longer stand up straight at age 40 and in pain everyday from it. My advice to you is workout but don't over do it and don't push yourself to the limit like i did and always get someone to help you lift heavy stuff like furniture etc...

I loved this show growing up as a kid and teenager it made me wanna be like the bionic man so much i started to lift weights in 8th grade body building and by the time i was in 11th grade my chest was as big as Arnold in the movie Terminator and i was very strong bench pressing twice my weight. Being that young and strong i thought i was invincible like the bionic man and super man most teenagers think and now at 40 i regret showing off i got a torn disc and 6 bulging discs in my back,knees etc.
