This is a remarkable tale of a momentous comeback of complex figure who acquired needed humility amid adversity, which acted to forge considerably greater resilience, innovation and creativity.
@Eatmybologna The reason Apple's computers are "insanely overpriced" is because they LAST. My wife's 2007 HP laptop just died (fried harddrive) after a long, arduous downward spiral. Meanwhile, her 2006 MacBook G4 runs like new, to this day.
@Eatmybologna Do you know how much hardware (other than the processor) is shared between Apples and PCs, and which specific components those are? If you don't, then you're just speculating. Additionally, please keep in mind that hardware is only half the equation. The OS and system architecture is the primary reason why many prefer a Mac. They're more stable, virus-free, and exhibit much better long-term performance than PCs.
@JazzzRockFuzion You are wrong. Don't argue for the sake of it. Yes I'm aware, I have a computer science degree thank you. Just because the hardware in a mac has a different name doesn't mean the core components aren't the same (which for the most part they are). No a mac is not virus free. 90% of the world uses windows so the vast majority of viruses are aimed at windows. This is now changing due to the popularity of apple. Macs are slightly more protected because it is based on unix.
@JazzzRockFuzion All of the statistics that apple have used in the past regarding their so called "stable" , "virus free" products are merely half truths. Many of the statistics are taken out of context and are not scaled. In comparison to other brands and windows macs are an incredibly small % of the market and they use that to rumour statistics that are false, saying things like "last year xxxx amount of pcs were returned while x macs were returned".
@JazzzRockFuzion I have used macs, for work and for pleasure. I use both windows and linux for my daily work and leisure. I use linux for my programming work and windows if I need an application of a game not supported on linux.
I have not had a virus in over 16 years (thats the truth) and the hardware problems I have had were easily fixed because I build my own pcs (which is incredibly simple, anyone can do it). Whichever way you look at it macs are incredibly overpriced.
@JazzzRockFuzion I posted this comment on another video, but it bears repeating. I think the race to the bottom seen in the PC market has done a lot to destroy consumers' perception and expectations of value, in consumer electronics.
ounce we make gods out of CEOs that are just motivated by getting your money, than as a human race we do not deserve to live and thrive. WAKE UP people and realize what matters in life.
using picasso and MLK for your product that gives you what?
ask yourself what did picasso and MLK brought to you? and now what did steve jobs brought to you?
he didn't invent the computer, the phone, he actually didn't invent anything that benefits your lifes, WAKE UP people.

Good documentary, I like the merger of clips taken from a multitude of interviews on Jobs, but I disagree, they do listen to customers who belong to the computer user groups.
This is the fourth episode in this Steve Jobs documentary, and I've noticed something interesting. The view count is holding strong. Normally when a film like this is broken down into several parts for display on YouTube, the view count starts halving for each subsequent video. The viewers zone out at a predictable rate.
What does this mean? Well I'm guessing it means either Steve Jobs mesmerizes people, or, geeks are more inclined to finish what they started than everyone else.
I won't say thumbs up if you watched this on a mac, because we're not about numbers - theres a single mac guy for hundreds of pc guys.
-HAHA I sound like a fan boy faggot, but anyway. I don't believe buying a mac makes you a mac guy. There's a bunch of mac guys using pcs, and a lot of pc guys using macs, including stupid fan boys. Buying a mac to be a mac dude is as stupid as buying a spiked haircut to be punk. You can't buy a philosophy. Cheers to everyone who thinks out of the box!
I haven't seen much of Guy Kawasaki but the few videos I've seen and judging by the cover... his gestures, voice tone, etc. make him look like an arrogant, pretentious, show off person.
Oh man I remember those iMacs. They looked so fruity and girly and different and inferior. I was like wtf are those. They seemed like wack like some kind of half assed wannabe cheap computer, in my eyes.

I would respect apple if their laptops + desktops weren't so INSANELY over priced.
4 times the cost for the same hardware.

@JazzzRockFuzion You know that they use a lot of the same hardware in apple laptops that they do in all other laptops right?
They are basically selling you a lot of the same stuff for twice the cost.
