I still stand with my contention that it is "Oblivion Dancer". To me, it makes more sense because of the meaning of the word "oblivion".  Bolivia, on the other hand, is way over somewhere in South America, a world away from Leningrad. So I really do not see any connection whatsoever of a "Bolivian Dancer" and the song. What is a "Bolivian Dancer" anyway? Does it connote to anything?

Just my 2 cents, folks, just my two cents. I could very well be wrong. LOL!!!

It is "Bolivian" LOL although "Oblivion" would have made more sense, "Bolivian Dancer" was meant as a code name for the CIA spy in the songs (the whole album is about the two sides of the world at that time)
