What exactly is "tegaki"?

Tegaki is basically a site where you blog (and comment) in art. What happened since is there are roleplaying communities that sprung up on the site, including this TF2 one, where players have their characters interact in art--A bit like a comic book being put together by a variety of artists.

Basically, this video features just snippets from that RP.
