Robin O'Brien has a great amount patience with this guy, he keeps cutting her off.....However, her information is fantastic....raw unprocessed food, such as nuts, whole grains, and legumes are by far the healthiest choice.
I think people should become more aware of their surroundings.....on another note, in the UK and Australia 2.4 GHz. wireless routers are banned because the 2.4 GHz. frequency results in severe child development issues.
That in itself is amazing that foods cost so much more if they are not poisoned and processed and codex is trying their best to keep us from being able to get foods that are good and wholesome. Our politicians are such criminals.
I am so disappointed and disgusted with our FDA in allowing this problem to develop in our country. I know so many people, including myself, suffering the consequences of the GMO in the food sold in our chain grocery stores. I have to spend so much money to purchase food that does not have all of these harmful qualities
I like that Alex implies there has been a disconnect from how our great grandparents feed their families. We need to be a little more informed and aware about our choices. So Robyn encourages one change at a time... Thank you!
Once you truly learn the truth you CANNOT unlearn it. There is nothing more true than that! And I believe that the only way to live with knowing this information but not doing anything about it is in COMPLETE DENIAL. Stop denying your life and yourself and your family and start making a change!!!
Allergies are not only to protein....I wish my son would have gotten that memo... he is allergic to EVERY derivative of corn. Not just corn protein! It. is. very. frustrating!
@punctuation1964 An allergy is an immune response only to the protein portion of a food or environmental component. Please see the definition of an allergy - it does not involve anything other than proteins.
@tifiang - that's weird, i would of thought i had more to do with SUGAR. I mean, my allergies are great when i remove sugar from diet and I eat a high proteing diet, eggs, chicken, fish, fruits and veggies - WHOLE foods and keep anything processed with refined sugar out of my body. i like to see some documentation on that.
@CenturianRule A new interesting study shows that it takes the human body 24 hours to process cow milk, but it takes us 20 minutes to process goat milk. While there may be some wisdom to not drinking animal milk, it's still better than the processed crap that's out there.
Having a hoard of food allergies that started a few years after I started eating processed foods, I am glad to see others that have figured it out. Here are my allergies: Corn, Soy, Banana, Oranges, Lemons, Kiwi, Mango, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sunflower, Sesame, Poppy seeds. Several of these allergies stem from my latex hypersensitivity that stems from the way my body reacts due to my allergies. My allergies started at age 13.
@Therawpy Raw veganism is trendy; but there's a big difference between something that the rest of the lemmings are doing, and something that is actually a good idea. ;)
The answers out there unfortunately get labeled and believed to be Conspiracy Theory. The connection to FDA, Uncle Sam, Monsanto etc… are to blame! Follow the money as they say or maybe the next campaign for re-election. To think that those in control of our food supply don't have the answers is only complete ignorance. They know exactly what their doing to all of us in so many ways all for profit and population control. Does the AMA not profit from all this, of course they do!
Glad to see you're getting the message out! By the way, I believe "ortho" means correct or proper as in "orthodoxy," while "-rexy" means appetite, as in "anorexic." Therefore, the actual meaning of Orthorexy is "proper appetite." Hope that helps someone!
I am allergic to milk, not lactose intolerant. I come down with fever like symptoms if I drink milk. Turns out that after trying raw milk, I discovered that I'm only allergic to the mainstream pasteurized milk, raw milk doesn't affect me at all.
Excellent interview! Thank you so much for putting it out there! The more the word gets out the more people there will be that just can't close their eyes and ears to the unhealthy truth.
Love what you both are doing! I have been a health advocate for children for 12 years-my son is 12, and also as an early childhood educator-what works to 'actually convince' parents!
Great interview! I can so relate to her feeling like a 'bad mom' while learning all of this! I have made so many mistakes. Including giving my daughter soy formula. She now has allergic asthma - I wonder if it's from that.
The guilt is horrible. I'm trying to fix all the harm I feel I've done. Over the last 2 1/2 years I have changed to organics, and banned milk and juice and sugar! I'm on the way to healing myself and my family!!
This video scares the crap out of me being a mother of 2 young babies. Thank you thank you thank you for bringing up this topic. This is THE reason I started researching and writing about healthy and safe baby topics. I just don't feel protected by the system.
It's funny how most people think that buying an organic produce and/ or being a raw vegan is very expensive, but in reality, it's completely different!
Wow, wonderful video! Greetings from Serbia!

It's actually standard practice in medical articles to disclose who funded the research studies. If this is missing... it's a red flag!
