Hahaha looks like this person got a pirated copy. Rocksteady put things like this in the game to mess with people who pirated the gam. For example, they also made Batman's cape useless for gliding. It opens and closes repeatedly so you fall instead of glide.

@swordofthebezerk OK. I have been playing recently as I am excited for Arkham City. I finally beat the game on hard after beating it on normal when it came out. Playing he hard difficulty mad me good at striking and countering, but I just can't keep those combos going, no matter how much I make Batman jump around.

@W4lly16 There is an ebb and flow of the combat that you have to get used to. Its all about reacting to what is around you. You will either get good at it or you won't grasp it well. Good luck.
