What about the over 100 million people who take blood pressure meds, or Xanax, or Paxil, or hydrocodone or the skeletal muscle relaxants for pain or to survive? These drugs all have warnings that say caution when driving or using machinery. They can impair driving. Now if we want a Nazi police state we're getting it. Furhtermore read the 4th amendment. And the only way to know on a BAC is by a blood sample and not with a BAC. How about getting rid of Illegals who drink and get drunk?

A person who had one glass of wine 3 hours ago is not impaired. Get real. That's basis biology. The idea of requiring all cars to come with alcohol sensors is no ludicrous that it's not even worth addressing on the merits.
@vaguy78 Tell that to the couple whose car was hit. They have had over 19 surgeries costing millions of dollars. There are many other tragic stories of people who have been injured by drivers who think they can drive on one drink.
