Yeah man you've got a point. As soon as I found out that the leak was legit I DL'd it. I've shelled out more than enough for this band so I figure I can get away w/ it. I bought the deluxe edition of the new album anyways so there's really no difference.

It's not about how much you've "shelled out" for the band, it's about a devotion to the music. There's normal Coheed fans, who just enjoy the music and acknowledge the story. There's deeper Coheed fans that understand the story and read the comics.

And then there's Coheed fans like me, the ones who feel Coheed is more a religious experience than just a band, and get the Keywork and Dragonfly tattoo'd on your body somewhere. They definitely have their own unique fans.

It has alot more angst and attitude. That's why those two albums constantly get lumped in with the Emo sound. Because they've got this freshness, they're young and doing their own thing, and it shines through. You can hear them maturing greatly.
