In the process of detail by Duck and Cover, demonstration from a preliminary under wraps in an exhortation hearing held in December
the lighting on the driving wheel was messed up @ 0:27 and 1:01
it rendered the lighting as though there was no shadow coming from the hood and only shinning on the wheel
i feel that the faster/more exotic cars have a little bit less attention payed to them seeing how some have defects or visible polygons, probably due to rushing and trying to put them in in at the last second
on all the cars they also dont render the back of the car in the rear view mirror :(
I agree. Especially with as much detail they been putting into the cars. But at the same time, they also didn't want to put in the weather effects because they "weren't sure if it would enhance the driving experience." What? It doesn't rain in real life? Honestly, I think there are three things they still need work with. Crash effects, track detail and intereactions, and I swear i won't by this unless I know for a fact it rains. 6 installment of this series. Should have caught on by now.
if just they could fix the sound of the car right it woud be THE GAME what i mean is just have the rigth noise of the car gearbox shift n exastnoise whith real noise not just the engine sound but the hole pack love the GT serie Just bring it to me n i gone beat that game to just like the rest of them
@djsmithy Only difficult for Gran Turismo, a game which has more potential than any other racing game to date, which I don't understand. Other lower par games like Grid, NFS, and Project Gotham get engine sounds almost spot on, but not GT, a game which I love, and it frustrates me.
Heh, This video ironically enough has been pulled from the official site. Apparently, this replay is from the Leipzig Build. The one in Tokyo is much better improved according to Gamespot. Hopefully, someone will put it up on youtube soon enough.
AT 0:42 it looks real

Gamestop says the pre-order of GT5 will ship on 2-2-10.
Also:
You'd think for as much time as they spent on the cockpit, they'd make it dynamic like NFS Shift.
Unless it already is and this demo just doesn't show it.

Yeah, agreed.
Either way, GT5 is going to be one of the most epic driving games of the decade, and certainly one of the most anticipated.

I agree. The tire squeel sound is so fucking annoying in GT, its like they never changed it since the start.
Engine sound seems to be a difficult thing to get right in games.
