I wouldn't say they sing positively like gospel music... but not bashing the faith either... kinda both at the same time. It is more because most people do believe but generally don't see it. Maybe I am wrong, but I find the neutral stance but still involved to be a refreshing change to the either fully for or fully bashing or just ignoring it like most bands...
