This doesnt seem to work on Seth very well for me. I dont have turbo but I'm pressing my button pretty damn fast/steady/regularly and it won't beat him. Just got the game today, and there was an update. Did they fix this so people didnt do it? Seth is a huge bitch

now that you mention it after the update Seth does seem stronger/faster. he does seem to be less blockey with normal attacks.
somehow the guy now knows what I'm doing before i even hit him. i press a combo/ultra combo or even a super move and he A blocks it or B grabs me.
i wonder if that was because of the update, what was the update even for???
wonder if this trick would have worked getting Akuma and uhm the other guy.

Use more of a down+HK strategy. I was able to get a perfect with M.Bison along the way and unlock Akuma. Just make sure with Seth that you aren't too close and just use HK, and if he blocks, immediately sweep (Down+HK). Or vice-versa.
Seth is still ridiculous after that patch... even on EASIEST... so stupid hard....
