we had a african grey parrot many years ago.my dad learned the hard way about not to curse around him,,,our bird started throwing F@&* bombs around while morman missionaries were visiting our house,really embarrassed my dad because the bird mimicked his voice,,,this bird dropped afew M F's too,,,

Don't remember what, my memory sucks and its been almost a year since I last saw that ep of Pet Stars. She was his handler from what I remember. I was sad when I heard he died, or am I thinking of Alex?

He took part in a study, learned a vocabulary of several hundred words and their meanings, he could answer compound (?) questions and have conversations with his trainer. Sadly he passed away a while back, but Alex is still loved and remembered by many.
