Remember, you may have been one of the forefront FCs for the incursion expansion, but fights like this against Nation have been going on a lot longer than that.

@lordkimu This was back during the initial incursions at the beginning when we didnt know how to fight them or how to fit our ships. over 2500 ships were lost in the first day alone. Because of that, I uber-tanked this boat which made it slow with low DPS but it had 160k EHP. I wasnt too worried about DPS with a 60+ armor and 60+ shield fleet competing over a simple mothership site.
@Mkbulanim Hi! First off, remember that the BP for the Revenant only drops in low sec. Most of the people that run these incursions don't want to have to deal with the implications of low sec. In high sec, only sub-capital BPs drop. When one of these drops if our fleet gets it (ninjas) we sell it and split the profits among everyone in the fleet who wants a cut. There have been Revenant BPs that have dropped in low sec, but it's only been when the goons ran them. They sold it for their alliance.

@katerson Technically, everyone already has the assignment. All you have to do is get a fleet and head out to fight. If you look in your journal, you'll see all of the staging systems for the constellations that are under attack by Sansha's Nation. Head out to one of those and a new Channel will open up where you can find a random fleet.
And unfortunately, Destroyers would be, well, destroyed in two, maybe three hits from the frigates they are trying to kill. They would not be of much use.

@Cecko666 It's recommended that you have several months under your belt before doing incursions. Also, you shouldnt fly anything smaller than a Battlecruiser to one of these.

@karadan100 Oh boy.... where do I start? Hmm... well, they've got modified Sleeper AI. They have an omni tank and deal omni damage. They are also very hard to kill. You shouldnt attempt anything solo. When one of these incursions comes to a constellation, belt rats are replaced with incursion rats. In low and null, these rats are replaced at gates as well. Your tank should be as large of a passive buffer as you can make it. No active reps of any sort. Leave it to the logistics.
